    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI 9909155955 My International Roaming plan got activated by mistake and I contacted customer care immediately to deactivate it within minutes. No usage was done. Requesting waiver/reversal of charges. Please help. Meetal

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported to Vi from jio , and the seller promised 365rs FRC but after activation calling someone says your sim is not activated and recharge to activate , incoming call work but incoming SMS and outgoing SMS doesn't work..

    @ViCustomerCare Also, please tell me: where is the nearest store in Dumka? Even the retailer couldn't provide this information; he claims that the entire network in Dumka was down.

    Vi Thinks I don't know to read English @ViCustomerCare I cancelled auto renewal of Amazon Prime and they cancelled paid service valid till 07 Jan 2027. When I cancelled auto renewal it clearly showed the plan will be valid for paid validity and auto renewal will not happen.

    @ViCustomerCare Its almost one month and no solution has been received. Now i think i need to stop paying bills in order to get any revert or solution from so called dumb company who is least concerned about the loyal and oldest relationship..
