@airtelindia i will do that but stuck with @ViCustomerCare postpaid for 90 days and can’t switch. Once this period ends, I’ll share full details. attest not using elder person customer trust and lack of awareness about postpaid vs prepaid are exploited just to push postpaid plans for profit!

I have full network bars but no data access. When I contacted @ViCustomerCare, the staff spoke rudely, almost like thugs. Even after u used harsh words n request them as boss yelled at you bcoz nothing got done. Still no action was taken n your issue remains unresolved all day..

on 10th july i decided to port my sim from jio to Vi, i was promised that i will get a free recharge of 365 rupees on my sim the process is successfully done but turns out that i have to recharge my sim and then my data service is gonna be activated. help me. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I reacharged rs1849 to basic button phone confirmation came from your end but outgoing not working ask to customer care they said visit near by vi store it's around 15km, this type of solution provide everyone,it's not fair
