    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I don't know if you are aware of the current COVID situation in the country, but it is severe. Despite that being asked to physically visit the store doesn't feel right. I would like it better if issue is resolved online where one feels safer that too just over a SIMcard.

    @TRAI kindly take into account the behavior of @ViCustomerCare which continuously pushes the customer to pay the bills and recharges but behaves totally irresponsible when needed for service. Many complains have been lodged for internet speed but in vain.
