    @JagoGrahakJagoo I have been complaining to @ViCustomerCare since 30th March regarding internet issue but they haven't resolved the issue yet neither they are refunding my recharge amount. Please take strict action against them and ask them to refund my recharge amount of Rs 699

    .@ViCustomerCare care to stop spamming me with endless SMS/Calls/WhatsApp texts to stop me from porting out? If you did this work to solve the problems, you won't have to do this. And I'm porting out because of poor service, not lack of caller tunes Stop being stupid please!🙏🏼

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for the journey, been a customer for more than a decade but seems like it has to end with such a note. I cannot overlook the fact anymore that my 4G hasn’t worked since 21/03/2021. Asking for a replacement Vi SIM to be home delivered isn’t too much.

    @ViCustomerCare how many days u will take VI to solve i feel very worst network since 20 dys was done my issue not cleare vodafone always message recieving recharges and offeres making money but issues no resolve 20days i beg to everyone No issues clear

    @ViCustomerCare when it comes to switching from post paid to prepaid ,you think forcing people to visit a store in person might help deter them from changing their plan.the customer care said the DOT mandated it which I believe is 💩 @DoT_India
