    @ViCustomerCare Vi has the worst customer service ever, was using the Vi app to recharge another number however app refreshed and my number got recharged, apparently no departments can provide a refund and my WhatsApp chat got disconnected by Rey, can I ask TRAI to look into this ?

    @ViCustomerCare hi, happy ganesh Chaturthi to the Vi team. There seems to be some issue with my recent bill payment, as i have paid the bill, and the money has been debited from my account. Yet it is showing as unpaid. Please advise on how to proceed, thanks 👍🏼

    @ViCustomerCare WHENEVER I CALL I AM SHOWED ERROR NETWORK NOT REGISTERED I HAVE TRIED RESETTING NETWORK AND MANUALLY SELECTING NETWORK BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. PLS RESOLVE THIS ISSUE THIS IS FROM YOUR SIDE

    @ViCustomerCare ,ur internet service is worst. neither i can able to contact customer support. @TRAI please look into this matter, how a customer can contact with service providers, when we call 198 ,u will stuck in infinite loop of unnecessary options.😡😡

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, i need multiple OTPs daily for official use. But i am facing network since yesterday evening. If u couldn't solve the problem within hours i have to face difficulty for longer time. So, please solve the issue as soon as possible.
