@ViCustomerCare I need immediate help. I had a recharge coupon of Rs 40 whose expiry was 15/06/2021 , but after my plan validity expired today , I am trying to recharge WITH Rs 699 the coupon is not showing and via Twitter support I came to know it is locked . Please help unlock the coupon asap

Because I don't need to say how important the internet is at present. Padhai online hi karna pad raha hai. But in your (@ViCustomerCare) service it is not possible in my area VI's internet.
