    @ViCustomerCare #InternationalRoaming in #USA data working fine but incoming outgoing calls get dropped. This is for all Vodafone Idea roaming customers in USA. Please fix it.

    @ViCustomerCare I ported into your network and old SIM stopped working, but when tried for tele verification using through new Vi SIM, if says "Call failed" to 59059, I tried to call 18001201111 from alternate number, says this toll free number is out of service. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare This is ridiculous. I have contacted you several times by phone, DM and tweets. So many people have called me from Vi already but it takes a little brain to understand and resolve an issue. I am done with Vi. You didn't take time to see previous DMs. You just copy/paste replies.

    @ViCustomerCare Rated as 1/10 For The India's fastest Network. Without having Speed of 512kbps. Atleast Change Slogan to slowest Network of India.

    @ViCustomerCare So where we are standing on this? You said that the problem will be looked after and resolved by 13th sep. Was it all about buying some time and let the customer forgot their pain? Useless service. What's the process to port to other provider?

    @ViCustomerCare Had been using idea for last 10 years. Had initiated to Port to Airtel. Instead of addressing my concerns had received a call from Vi who tricked me to cancel my port request. Where do I complaint against such cheats ??

    @ViCustomerCare ur Bannerghatta store refusing to give prepaid sim.1st they tell u no prepaid sim. Once u insist, they tell u bio not matching!So surprised! Went to take a prepaid but couldn't get.Was told go for postpaid. Subtly! Terrible!Manjunath store guy. @TRAI @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare India's worst network is Vodafone right now I am a postpaid customer of vi around 10 years but now I am facing Many issues like call dropping, network coverage, internet and again and again complaint but issue never resolved...9999852185
