  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI worst customer care service. Complaint opened by customer , closed by backend team without giving resolution. Now telling to open 2nd complaint which I'm sure will get closed as per comfort of thr team. My 1st complaint is still unresolved. @TRAI

  @ViCustomerCare you are just taking advantage of lack of knowledge and trying ti act clever with customer. I will raise the complaint against company in consumer forums also if it is not resolved. Incident happened in model town jalandhar office

  Switch to @ViCustomerCare ; their service is much better than @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare across India - I’ve noticed this myself after using #vodafoneidea . Also, Vi's recharge plans are affordable, and the service is excellent. Put an end to this Airtel-Jio duopoly. #airtel

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI My present pincode is 600089, in have full 5g range,still my 4G data balance is reducing for no reason. Called to your customer care escalation team they are relatent to register this as a complaint.what kind of customer support is this? Pathetic
