  Never trust the vendors of @ViCustomerCare - Bought the 2 sim cards (ported from Jio) and yesterday both SIMs got actovated. I am on a trip with family but the retailer did not did do the first recharge so both sims are not working. @jaagograhakjago

  The most worst telecom company in India of the year is Vodafone Idea... @ViCustomerCare total trustless...just want bill payment on time but never want to provide proper service. Their physical store/gallery is also of use. Their Vi app is a ****...customer care is no where...

  @ViCustomerCare 72 hours already asked, but no rider assigned yet. Earlier also 10 days wasted with same issue. If rider is not available in my area, clearly confirm. Otherwise assign rider TODAY and deliver. Do not repeat false cancellation.

  Hey @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare what the hell is going on? 3 days now and my phone is basically useless. It's stuck on a 2G EDGE network in Ahmedabad I use it for work, I’ve already missed stuff because of this I'm paying for 5G and getting this **** I'm changing my network
