@ViCustomerCare Your Network issues are growing day by day... It is costing us our business... no calls and network today in Gwalior (M.P) This is not what we expect espically when network is soo required and we paying heavy costs for that !!

@VodafoneIN I said I don’t want to continue with @VodafoneIN . They said. Sir you have to still pay the monhtly rental. Because we cannot discontent your connection. I paid all old dues. Now I don’t want to use vodafone. Because your staff is very bad in handling customer.

@VodafoneIN Deleted! Please take this on priority. I have been associated with Voda since very long. And this network issue is persistent. I have raised multiple complaints regarding same but to no avail. This time, if its not resolved i'll definitely have to switch my network provider.

When the only messages @ViCustomerCare send are for you to pay up - but when you try to talk to them about anything else they’re rude. Definitely time to port over to @reliancejio. At least less dropped calls. Really hate Vi.

@ViCustomerCare Few issues: 1) Surfing sucks, loading most websites takes unusual time. Even Twitter page & images are not loading properly. 2) Duckduckgo search is blocked, my default search engine. (Google, Bing & others loading fine) None of these issues on Airtel 4G

@ViCustomerCare Your team member tried to reach me but the network is so bad even he couldn’t complete his word and it got disconnected. After that either he is not able to connect me or he is not trying to connect me. So I am assuming it will not work and i have to switch
