    @VodafoneIN I said I don’t want to continue with @VodafoneIN . They said. Sir you have to still pay the monhtly rental. Because we cannot discontent your connection. I paid all old dues. Now I don’t want to use vodafone. Because your staff is very bad in handling customer.

    @ViCustomerCare Your Network issues are growing day by day... It is costing us our business... no calls and network today in Gwalior (M.P) This is not what we expect espically when network is soo required and we paying heavy costs for that !!

    @ViCustomerCare unable to make outgoing calls. Data is pathetic. Your appellate isn't helping & so is your customer care. Feeling cheated.

    @VodafoneIN Deleted! Please take this on priority. I have been associated with Voda since very long. And this network issue is persistent. I have raised multiple complaints regarding same but to no avail. This time, if its not resolved i'll definitely have to switch my network provider.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , It's been 2 months since I got a Vi SIM. I've raised the same complaint twice, but nothing has changed. I can't even receive a single OTP or any service/banking message properly because there's hardly any network. But somehow, the bills always arrive on time. And if I don't pay immediately, I get reminder calls. Worst telecom experience I've ever had. #Vi #Telecom #CustomerService

    Confused with @ViCustomerCare roaming service. I paid for an IR roaming pack but still got charged for calls, despite not having used it because the signal was so bad (I ended up getting a local sim). I asked for breakdown of calls but got some gyaan and spoke to bots. +

    @ViCustomerCare I'm using a 5 Mobile have an Unlimited 5G recharge active and I'm in a 5G coverage area However I'm still unable to access Unlimited 5G and my usage is being deducted from my regular data quota. Please look into this issue and provide resolution
