And this network issue is persistent. I have raised multiple complaints regarding same but to no avail. This time, if its not resolved i'll definitely have to switch my network provider.

Your infrastructure is not good, the network is not available outdoors within 500 meters to 1 km of the tower. Even though it shows 4G/5G, it often drops to 2G signal, and this has been happening for quite some time. If you can’t provide proper service, then shut down your network in this area.
