    @VodafoneIN I said I don’t want to continue with @VodafoneIN . They said. Sir you have to still pay the monhtly rental. Because we cannot discontent your connection. I paid all old dues. Now I don’t want to use vodafone. Because your staff is very bad in handling customer.

    @ViCustomerCare why are you running a fraud scam of canceling number porting to another service provider ? I requested my porting of number today and I am getting 100 calls tricking me to cancel the request by sending the cancellation code. This is very unethical.

    @ViCustomerCare My entire area (Shivaji Nagar, Aurangabad-431009) is facing internet speed related issue since yesterday. Despite of complaints the issue still persists. Internet is not working even in your Vi mini store in Shivaji Nagar. Kindly look into it

    @ViCustomerCare Then again Vi assigned a new person once I re-logged my complaint, again the same questions, no resolution. Asked your team to do their homework before calling or while on call. But your system isn't updated and resolutions promised by one executive are not respect by another.
