@VodafoneIN I said I don’t want to continue with @VodafoneIN . They said. Sir you have to still pay the monhtly rental. Because we cannot discontent your connection. I paid all old dues. Now I don’t want to use vodafone. Because your staff is very bad in handling customer.

@ViCustomerCare Your Network issues are growing day by day... It is costing us our business... no calls and network today in Gwalior (M.P) This is not what we expect espically when network is soo required and we paying heavy costs for that !!

@VodafoneIN Deleted! Please take this on priority. I have been associated with Voda since very long. And this network issue is persistent. I have raised multiple complaints regarding same but to no avail. This time, if its not resolved i'll definitely have to switch my network provider.

What a worse experience with you guys @ViCustomerCare yesterday I transferred my number from prepaid to postpaid as I wanted to avail eSim services now when I called the customer care they are telling that as your sim is of idea it will take 90 days of time to port in VI.
