@VodafoneIN I said I don’t want to continue with @VodafoneIN . They said. Sir you have to still pay the monhtly rental. Because we cannot discontent your connection. I paid all old dues. Now I don’t want to use vodafone. Because your staff is very bad in handling customer.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Last week when I visited Vi Store to convert Postpaid to Prepaid, I was told due to Vi Application Upgrade It could not be done ..Has this been done ? Can Customer go to the Vi Store to have this done at least Now ? Thanks

Fake promises make by vodafone.they tell you about the plan and when you agree then they made changes according to them. Also their costumer support is very bad.i have been in airtel for 3 years never face these issues but in vodafone every time i use to suffer. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Is not allowing customers to Port out of their network. They are causing unnecessary harassment. They are asking customers to recharge minimum 128 to be able to PORT. Request @TRAI to kindly intervene and help.
