    @Giza8774 @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Argh! In 2004-5, I was Vodafone’s 2nd highest NCR customer in terms of billing, after a popular news anchor then with NDTV.     @ViCustomerCare you guys have been one of the worst in the business. I complained about increase in promo calls on my no. Instead of solving it thru system intervention u asked me to talk to each such caller and then send the call details to you. I am receiving 50 calls daily.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm not facing any issue but I want to suggest something so that it can be implemented. Everyday you give unlimited internet usage from 12am till 6am on certain plans. So instead of 12am till 6am, can't you make it from 10pm till 4am? #Vodafone #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare VI has came to fraud calls, after i put up a request for PORT, one of the VI employee calls me and ask to send CANCEL message, telling me she is calling from JIO office and by sending CANCEL message my VI plan would be cancelled. Such a shame @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare There is a pending issue service request number is 3-107252207792 which is ongoing since past few months in terms of incorrect billing on international number. Vodafone without informing me removed Rs.149/month pack from my phone and now since almost a yr.

    @ViCustomerCare I suggest VI plz improve network and data speed the customer will begin with VI more than Jio but after many suggestions no improvement has been made while VI is a pvt company.
