    @ViCustomerCare it is really insane in continuing with #vi Paid for misd cal alrt whr othr oprts giving it for free still no use, not benefited. Worst coustomer care service. Already rechargd fr 479 need refund to port out.

    @ViCustomerCare my main account balance shows Rs 83,still my number has been put on temporary out of service. And top of that not able to call customer care. On calling customer care its been advised to recharge with unlimited pack. Why m not able to make/recv call?

    @ViCustomerCare Highlighting extremely poor customer support Vodafone. My husband applied for new sim on 28 Mar for 9999341352 at VI Indore. Issue not resolved till date nor do they respond to customer calls . Airtel meanwhile resolved the 2nd No in 2 hrs. Pathetic service sp VI

    @ViCustomerCare I am under internet quota and still not able to use mobile data. Customer care is saying credit limit is exhausted though i am on unlimited plan. Why is it so? Please check!
