  @ViCustomerCare Continuous internet issues even in open areas. Tried all troubleshooting, changed phone settings, and used the Vi app, but nothing worked. It shows 4G+/5G+, yet even YouTube won't load and my phone heats up. Switched from Airtel expecting better. May move to Jio.

  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

  @ViCustomerCare @viindia Company is not bothered to resolve the issues. Call comes and says my senior will speak to you shortly. Every time a separate person calls. No resolution at all. Such a company where eminent people @KumarMBirla are executives. Low standard
