    Hey @ViCustomerCare Why is your service so poor in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Even VoLTE feature is not working and call drops is the new normal. I'm paying to get good quality for which I as a consumer is promised.

    @ViCustomerCare During previous recharge I was told that I will get a 60off coupon. Yesterday I checked and coupon wasn't available while the expiry date of the coupon was 19thjul. I raised complaint DEL-V00525857457 nd it is marked as canceled. Is this a kind of joke?

    @ViCustomerCare How many times you will make your customer fool? Even after providing all the necessary proofs, everytime your customer care team is behaving like "Sir, can you explain us your issue"? I would better take a legal route for the resolution of my issue.
