@ViCustomerCare You guys keep sending sugar coated apologies and keep on creating tickets, may be that fulfills ur annual targets but that doesnt do any good to us. I cannot spend days chasing you guys for petty issues.

@ViCustomerCare customer service is actually pathetic! They have told me to exchange my sim to get the networks back and I have done that with extra 100 rupees which was just making a fool of someone. Still facing the no network condition. Very poor services.

@ViCustomerCare I brought a sim 1.5 years ago by providing my documents and my proof . Today when I went to vi store to Raisa a complaint of my sim I got to know that the sim is registered by my father's name and all the documents were mine . I need immediate help

@ViCustomerCare i ported my number from jio to vi but service not starting also not a single customer care executive available to talk even their timing 6-12 AM also person who did this also not pickup call. Worst service. Very Disappointed. Go back to @JioCare @TRAI
