    @ViCustomerCare Hi, after a decade I moved to the Vi network and I was wrong because I am not getting internet access even after recharging with a 2GB plan. There is no support available. I thought other networks in India were better. If any support available then please support

    Ordered a SIM from @ViCustomerCare with a promised delivery the very next day (13th April). It’s now been over 2 weeks of constant follow-ups and poor coordination only to receive an SMS saying a refund has been processed without any prior notice. Extremely unprofessional service

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn 5+ days, no delivery. Order cancelled due to “technical reason.” Still waiting for refund (Order ID: DCHD20042685728). If you can’t provide the service, don’t promise it. Need refund status ASAP.

    @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare @vodafone What a pathetic service from Vodafone, my postpaid was deactivated last month and the pending amount is 600 rupees. The outgoing and incoming calls were suspended and you are charging 1200 for not using vodafone. What's next? 1800/-?

    @ViCustomerCare Deactivated my SIM without any valid reason or prior notice. No justification, no resolution. This is unacceptable. If not restored immediately, I will escalate this to @TRAI and take formal action. No wonder Vi is losing customers rapidly.

    @ViCustomerCare worthless. Come to my location and prove that your network is indeed as good as you claimed in DM. I can use 1.5 GB of data very smoothly every day, the rest is wasted. Thank you for that. Please don't copy and paste the text in the DM.
