The most horrid service from a communication company like @ViCustomerCare even after paying for a premium number the number gets inactive without any intimation. Ping pong between customer care and the store visits. Can I get a solution to this?

I have requested for the disconnection of my Vi Postpaid sim several times now. The bills are being generated even after my request for disconnection. According to TRAI regulations this is a breach of customer benefits. Recovery agents have been threatning to pay @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare no problem solve only giving excuses and saying plz wait for 5days but i have already waited for 1.5 month how many more days it takes time to activate sim totally disappointed with your service i am your 15 years old customer. totally frustrated with your service.
