    hy @ViCustomerCare No update on my 4 network complaint yet?I already shared all the details with your engineer, including the Speedtest results and GTrack Lite screenshots, 4 days ago. Since then, there has been no update from either Vi or the engineer. (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, hope you're well. Your dept has declined to register a network coverage issue for a specific area, as I don't reside there. I visited that place & there was no data connectivity, hence I raised a concern. Please be fair & resolve this issue... Senseless!

    @ViCustomerCare Clearly you don’t understand. Do you mind removing charges from my bill then? Why am i paying Vi? Not having a timeline means there’s no clear action or a way to resolve the issue in the near future. Do you expect me to stick with the network? Swap places and then imagine.

    @ViCustomerCare I am desperate to change my network other than Airtel Jio the only option is Vi but these guys do not have network no proper 5G network. This is a big opportunity @ViCustomerCare just improve network and millions of customers will fly towards you

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone you have started ur non sense yet again. Why the he'll my previous bill is added in my current bill cycle when all my dues r paid timely. Dont you have better things to do ir its just that you keep on fooling cmrs. I have to waste my time on such stupid piddly things.
