    Hello @ViCustomerCare the most useless and inept service. I've been complaining that for 2 years I don't get any Network in my area. But nothing's done so far. My calls getting dropped, ppl are not able to reach me on my phone. If this is not solved I'm changing to another!!

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS my voda number +918447069290 was showing no service i went to the service centre they are saying your sim is block and i called to the customer care they said this is non Vi number . What to do this is my personal number kindly solve my problem.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi the worst company with worst executives, collection team people call and talk with foul words and unpleasant manner and do not update payment after receiving money and generate bill for suspended number, doing fraud at great level.

    @ViCustomerCare despite of repeated calls the issue is same. Local store is not able to help as u communicated half thing to them. @TRAI please guide what to do when #VodafoneIdea is not responding in proper way.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello please provide indoor coverage or Vowifi in Tamilnadu. Your network is very poor. Data is very slow. Not only in particular place, but in most of the places.

    We have a separatist and a great divider Telecom company which has different roaming circles in one state, for Mumbai and for Maharashtra. I bought the sim in Mumbai and i cant connect to televerification coz i m in Pune now @ViCustomerCare can u help?
