  @iitian @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Bingo. I see him a drama Queen already. He should look at the historical data regarding customer service or Jet Airways and would see the mirror image of what he is encountering with Voda. So he is going to provide the same service as before to his customers, hopefully not

  @ViCustomerCare what's new in this reply?? hearing the same for last 2 years, every time have been told, my complaint is being looked into, but to no avail...I guess this would be longest running open complaint...record of some sorts, you people should celebrate on this unusual feat @rmstakkar
