  @ViCustomerCare VODAFONE has officially confirmed today that different teams within VODAFONE DONT SPEAK TO EACH OTHER. So they cannot help the customer and customer has to repeat the same problem 100 times to 100 different VODAFONE People who calls them (and dont resolve the problem)

  @ViCustomerCare You have succesfully made one customer totallt unsatisfied throughout the life. This has made a clear projection about VI and ita transparency...with no SOP and vision to fix the issue. Requeat refund please.

  I raised a complaint & escalated it multiple times, but the bill amount still reflected as 12k. CS agents also recommended that I not pay the bill till the issue is corrected. However, all my outgoing and internet services have been stopped. (2/2) @ViCustomerCare @akshayamoondra
