    @ViCustomerCare I spoke to customer care they said that my packs data has been de activated but free calls remains active. It's due to activation of pack when there is another pack. Usually second pack continues once first pack completed. But in this case it doesn't happen.

    @ViCustomerCare called to customer care they are not even ready to listen what I am telling. Asking the same question again n again. Giving a blame reasons that I couldn't check the data from our side. Finally it's an end of 15 years service from @ViCustomerCare . Really you went to such low

    @ViCustomerCare literally the network sucks. I have 2 VI connections and both the connections has lots many issues. Internet doesn't work. Calls baigan me miljatey. To hell with issues. Do u have permanent resolution or i need to portout?
