    @ViCustomerCare HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and INTERNATIONAL ROAMING PACK. Moved abroad and used Vodafone’s IR pack with “RoamSafe” which assures “no bill shock”. Yet there were bill shocks. Customer care promised it’ll be waived, but no action taken so far. Pathetic service.

    @ViCustomerCare tried calling, but unfortunately i dont have network for calling you guys also. I am not able to call or get call. Internet is not working as well...do something fast 😒 this is irritating always 😑 have to complain 🙄

    @ViCustomerCare your services are really pathetic. Yesturday servie person called me and asking same questions 3rd time. Don't you have database to look into last complaint histories???

    @ViCustomerCare Out of nowhere did it feel like he was a professional. Your employee either does not have the right information or does not want to share the correct information, does not even tell the customer what will be right and what will be wrong for himself.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't know when the temporary issue solved. Since I starting using Vi I facing this issue and still facing. I don't know how much time it will take. And How can you called this as a temporary issue. For that we leaving Vi. Improve your network first.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare we are facing many troubles regarding network coverage in our area since more than 5 years. I have complained to much times in Vodafone Idea and thay are accepting it but not giving solution. Request to please help to us regarding issue of network coverage.

    @ViCustomerCare @khanjafar22 DM 4 hours ago but not yet any call and massage received, Why you required details again ? already given to your executive who called me in afternoon and he promised me that amount will be refund within 7 days and I need to recharge again, is it was false commitment to customer?
