  @VodafoneIN there is no consistent signal and network speed in Kanchipuram. Some of areas only got speed. Most of places didn't get proper signal. Don't ask me send your location like robotic reply. Specially indoor home didn't get proper signal.

  @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN Why do you fail to satisfy your customers? We are paying for the services and we expect a quality network from you. Invest to improve the network, not on ad campaigns.

  I have used Postpaid voda for 5yrs but last 1yr was very worst with dis,the issue was always with data & signal. At last i ported out in Airtel Postpaid & now,Voda have not refunded my security deposit yet 120days have been passed after the de-activation @VodafoneIN

  @VodafoneIN Hi Team. Every month I made a request for port out from Vi. But your executive called and promised me that you are old customer so providing you discount of Rs 100 on monthly rental. But that discount doesn't reflected on my bill since 5-6 months. Please look

  @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup I just don't understand how can you close a complaint with working on it. I have raised a complain regards network issue. This is 2 Nd time no body contacted n they closed saying issue resolved.reference number C003-92139436062 is resolved. Need answer?

  Yesterday have been charged for ppu_game service. The time I recieved the deduction message I was not interacting with my device and didn't install any app before. I didn't get vaild response after talking to @ViCustomerCare. @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup getting pathetic day by day

  @VodafoneIN @airtelindia please let with whom I need to deposit the outstanding amount. I need resolution for this. Stop playing tennis with your customer. I took service and I paid for it. But you guys are unable to decide who wants the money for that service.
