@VodafoneIN V! number +919565330645 (UP East) recharged by ₹49 and ₹129 on 31st January 2021. All the outgoing services of this number resumed post recharge but incoming service is not available on this number. Why? Please resolve it shortly.

@ViCustomerCare Mere formalities not required anymore. U hv been playing this game of raising complaints since 2014. Wont accept this **** Not anymore . Tell me what resolution u hv to offer.Also u claim there is better outdoor n/w so issue WIFI HOTSPOT for better indoor coverage as promised

Sometimes @ViCustomerCare deceptively say that they are from @reliancejio and ask me to send msg to 199 in order to complete process. I am in the middle of medical emergency and I wasn’t able to call my family members due to poor service from @ViCustomerCare
