  Hey @ViCustomerCare Your Vi store executive imposed and convinced me to convert my 16-year-old mobile number from prepaid to postpaid. Within just one month, the number was permanently deactivated. This wasn’t just any number it belonged to my late father, and I had kept it active as a cherished memory. Your executives are literally scammers who unnecessarily force postpaid connections on customers. I expect a proper explanation and an immediate investigation into how a 16-year-old number could be permanently deactivated so quickly?? And help me to get it back asap.

  Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare

  Hi @ViCustomerCare @JioCare, the network coverage in Nana Chhapara, Kashindra (Ahmedabad) has been extremely poor. We have over 300-400 bungalows here, and recently around 300 people have already ported to Airtel out of frustration. Please improve the network ASAP! #Vi #Jio
