    @ViCustomerCare There has been a network issue with Vodafone and it's not working at all since yesterday and I'm not being able to do any kind of online transaction apart from not being able to use the internet service. This is so frustrating

    @ViCustomerCare I don't want to get in touch. Vi is PURE FRAUD. Not giving proper service, not addressing complaints and then you have the audacity to harass me for payments for services that you have not rendered in the first place. Any more spam calls & I'll see Vi in the consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir I have booked a number online on 23 may 2026 , it's been one week no delivery has been made. Also went to my local VI centre and they asked they are unable to deliver my sim since it's prepaid. I have paid 199 online .pls help Order id - DHCD23052628952

    Dear VI, I’ve seen unexplained charges on my bill. Neither your store officials, nor your customer care can explain it, and your appellate doesn’t seem to care that I’ve sent out 3 emails. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. It’s shameful. @ViCustomerCare

    This is total harassment. 1st, you force a recharge on a dead SIM, and even after paying, the network is still "Emergency Only". If this isn't resolved, I initiating a port-out request and lodging a formal complaint with @TRAI for deficient service. @ViCustomerCare @_DigitalIndia

    @Subramanyam1211 @ViCustomerCare Well, for starters, The Royal British empire (where the Sun never sets, pun intended 😜) also thought of us as “Benighted heathen” to be of no comparison, so relax and take a chill pill! What goes around, comes around, especially in a “Free capital market” like ours! Let’s give Vi a chance to prove their mettle especially after they have come out of useless “REGULATORY” shackles, right?
