  @ViCustomerCare I have a number that was ported from Airtel to VI from a nearby VI store (Dhaniakhali). After inserting the sim into the handset no network is showing, I went to the VI store again and was told that the sim has to be swapped for physical damage and it will (1/2)

  @ViCustomerCare Vodafone network in my area has been so bad for the past 5 or even more days, it will be okay for a minute and the next minute it won't even run. I have even complaint through the Vi app and they say it's fix But it's still the same please fix it ASAP.

  @ViCustomerCare one of the worst network service provider off late. Need to port to some other network provider! What is the procedure to port from Vi to other network providers?
