    Thanks a lot to Mr Rahul from Vodafone who took this issue seriously and took it to closure. Just when the app finally worked, got a shock to see @VodafoneIN @servifyin graciously giving ₹15k for XSMAX exchange. iPhone will be forever, this plan though I doubt! 😂👋

    @VodafoneIN Whenever I am requesting customer care team to connect to thier manager , they simply put my call on hold and disconnect it , similar to your stores people who straight away mentioned that you can't meet the manager at all @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN Your customer care team 198 is asking 48 - 72 hours to investigate this issue and then they can confirm the timeline, stores people are not responding , it's been more then 24 hours and I am not able to use my @VodafoneIN prepaid sim, No wonder why people are leaving and port out

    @ViCustomerCare @TBasnet Help is not being received after doing a wrong recharge on a number by me today of Rs.137 on a number it was not a unlimited calling pak I even told them to pls change to Rs.99 & rest amount i am ready to bear as its my ignorance but they denied in kerala circle.

    @ViCustomerCare worst service provider I have seen. called customer care talk with him with my problems then he kept me on hold for 20min but didn't connect my call . customer care agent name was Shivam Dubey. I am Vodafone user from last 7-8 years but didn't expected this kind

    I had idea fiber in Pune & as i shifted to adjacent bldg, very next block but they told location not under service hence forced to apply for disconnection. That i did in Feb 2020 & after 2.5 years still awaiting refund of my deposit. @ideacellular @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare
