    @ViCustomerCare Very bad service of network and then you want me to pay you have hired ladies that you want me to pay and they call customer and treat like a servant and they sent a agent to my house shared all bill details and asked to pay and harassed my mom plus

    @VodafoneIN from past 72 hours your 4g is very very poor in terms of download speed couldnt update my phone very poor speed and then you want us to pay 750 permonth for plan of 499 unncessary charges you are taking you know country is in lockdown still you are charging late fess

    @VodafoneIN please start the free callertune service , such as other network provider free this service but here not free . Vodafone charge monthly for this service . I did port my jio number to Vodafone but This time I think that Port back to go Jio or Airtel.

    When will I get #5g in @ViCustomerCare in bangalore pincode 560100 which is an IT hub residential area. Inspite of 5g service launched more than a year ago in #bangalore ,#vi5g isn't avalable everywhere.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Don't accuse me of lying. I recharged ₹199 ONLY after checking the offer on Vi App. The problem is with YOUR system, not me. If your backend isn't showing the offer, that's Vi's issue. Customer shouldn't suffer for company's system failure. Resolve this.

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer care just told me "we can't help" for a WRONG plan activation. Your app showed ₹199 = 1GB/day + 2GB/28days. I paid for it. You activated different plan. It's YOUR VI App mistake, so why do I have to bear the loss? Why is customer paying for Vi's

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, please cancel my port-in request and initiate a refund. While placing the request, I was shown that the SIM would be delivered by 1 July, but that deadline has passed. My UPC expires on 4 July.

    @ViCustomerCare Unacceptable. Your retention team promised a ₹100 monthly discount on the ₹451 postpaid plan. After changing my plan, customer care says no such offer exists. This is misleading. I've lost all trust in Vi and will port out this morning.
