@VodafoneIN trust me, you've the worst customer care ppl on call as well as on stores. Half baked information always! Wanted to shift to prepaid again but so many formalities. In the times of smartphones, you are asking for hard copies of docs and passport size photos. Bizarre!

@VodafoneIN At my office location which is in gurugram @VodafoneIN network is worst - cyber city phase 3 At same @Airtel_Presence network are going awesome. How is this possible at same location another provider is giving a best networks for calls and internet.

@ViCustomerCare International Roaming pack promises seamless connectivity, to my surprise, on a visit to USA, Vi advised me to use T-Mobile network for voice call and AT&T for data. It is not mentioned on their website. It doesn't work seamlessly. Poor customer experience.

Hey @ViCustomerCare why does Twitter images take a lot of time to load on your network, while for any other activity the bandwidth is 10mbps+. And this does not happen if other telecom provider's network is used. Are you specifically throttling it ?
