@ViCustomerCare I recently switched my prepaid number to postpaid. I had purchased a ₹78 caller tune plan, but no caller tune is active now. Your customer support stated the amount is forfeited and not carried forward. You cannot retain the amount and stop the service due to migration. I will complain to @jagograhakjago @JoshiPralhad if the amount isn’t adjusted. Awaiting response by sundown.

@ViCustomerCare got call from resolution team saying store confirmed they denied service as documents were not shown. This is a lie and bullshit by the store. They denied saying backend not working and then there is NO prorata so come after billing. #cheating #CustomerExperience

@ViCustomerCare My complaint (Ref: C003-145253065152) has been closed repeatedly without resolution. Vi’s negligence and refusal to reopen it amount to unfair business practice. If not resolved immediately, I’ll take this to consumer court. #Vi #Complaint
