@ViCustomerCare Don't need useless messages which have no capacity to resolve. I have a lot work to do have no connection from morning and operating throughout the day on wifi. Now tell me how will this help out ? You have the weak workforce out on field who doesn't take care of timely mgmt.

Worst service from @ViCustomerCare . They have stopped providing SMS facility in the minimum balance bracket. Cust. Executive said you cannot even port sim as you won't be able to receive necessary sms. So, now have to recharge for min 128 for sms, OTP's. What a mockery.

@ViCustomerCare I ordered a vi prepaid sim on 11may 2022 which got delivered yesterday and I was being told that sim will be activated after 2 hours and I am still waiting for it . It's been more than 30 hours now. Worst experience ever... Wasted my time and money..
