@ViCustomerCare I had many conversations with @ViCustomerCare since Sept,2020 but hearin same stupid things is annoying. In Nov,2020 i even asked how u r goin to compensate for my prblms. He told me that I'll get a call for same. But i didn't. Can u imagine how long i have been facing prblms???

@ViCustomerCare I have ask wht was the issue and why CC 24*7 not available is any intimation give..... Who will be responsible @TRAI can you help out if any time CC facing issue there must be support team to resolve but here no response even person told me you can call back 12 also for Help??
