  @ViCustomerCare What solution have you provided? No improvement in network. Data service worst. No. Of call drips have increased. An getting 2-3 calls everyday that we are working to improve but no improvement. Every time a new person calls and ask what is your problem.

  @ViCustomerCare Your Customer has to be worse in market. My sim is blocked for 4 days now. Bought new sim from gallery and sent email to activate it still no response. VI gallery also doesn't help.

  I am a loyal @vodafone @ViCustomerCare for past 13 years. @TRAI I have raised a complaint regarding false call charges on 16th Feb, yet it is not resolved. Highly disappointed the way Vi handles customer complaint/issues. No respect for customers.
