    @ViCustomerCare Now you guys are forcing the customers to do an unlimited plan recharge in order to be able to send sms from vi number despite having active service validity and account balance. This is not acceptable as customers should be able to use the services as they like.

    @ViCustomerCare No. 2 But last 2-3 weeks the problem has escalated to such an extent 50% of the calls are unable to be collected and I tried to call he customer complaints etc. Very curiously all numbers of responsible persons were unreachable because 1. Phone is switched off

    Internet services of @airtelindia is yukk becoming worst day by day like @reliancejio when i tried to port my sim to @ViCustomerCare they convinced me not to port and assured me to fix internet problems they deceived me. I am going to port now and several other connections also
