    @ViCustomerCare Started Family Plan & nw 1 nmbr is blocked due 2 sm verification. Other 3 nos are working, VI Customer care confirmed it will be done today 10am & nw when enquired they are asking to wait till 14th… are these ppl hired to misguide ??

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Ravinder Sir given me 1 reason not to port my VI number as i am facing call drom on receiving calls. Multiple call complaint done multiple time visited Vi Kolkata Dalhousie store but i get ony excuses instead of salutations. God knows you and your Vi doing what for Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I am porting my SIM to Vi and I have lost the network in the old one and have network on the Vi SIM. But I am still unable to complete tele verification on 59059. Please fix this issue as I don't have access to my number or data because of this.

    It seems like your customer care employees think that as they don't have work or they don't want to, I also won't have any. If you don't want to help a customer why gaslight them into thinking that you would? It's been more than 5 months and no solution. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Actually we need any expected date.. because with 4G we are atleast not able to receive calls in indoor… if there is any delay we will switch to other network timebeing
