    @ViCustomerCare you guys it's been 10 days my friend @NGhuse has no network on his primary num. Got a new SIM 2 days back still not started. Your team says in DM they called but not reachable. He's getting a 100 calls a day only you guys are not able to reach? Is this a joke?

    I am not getting OTP on my @VodafoneIN no. and ur customer care said 'As per TRAI regulations OTPs are blocked and I need to contact each app where I get OTP from to get it resolved'. Like really? Educate your executives and resolve my issue ASAP.

    My father who was using Vodaphone since 2003 at that time it's name was hutch,And just 3 weeks before he went to the @ViCustomerCare to convert his sim from 3G to 4G and till date he has went to the store 5 times at the age of 68 his network is gone from past 3 weeks.
