    @ViCustomerCare Hey Jyotsna, my main problem is data speed, call drop and signals all are my major concern. Multiple times I registered a complaint and i only received a phone call but my problem was not resolved. I faced same problem again and again and it will be more worst than the previous.

    @ViCustomerCare Most disgusting customer support services i have ever seen .I called many times regarding my internet speed as its too slow but each and every time customer support services said they logged a complain and said but same issue is happening till now

    @ViCustomerCare Hi. My phone was stolen and my connection ported to Vodafone Idea. How did that happen without my consent? I have not done any physical or biometric KYC or anything like that for the process. The number might be used for wrong purposes. Please help. Thanks Neeraj
