    @ViCustomerCare, can you please stop with your cheap tactics of subscribing to VAS on our behalf and deducting money from the balance? It's annoying to call customer care twice a week and go through the headache of getting the amount reversed. This is disgusting.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst customer care .despite explaining I am fedup of threatening spam mesages from VF Care they do not understand the problem and ask me to waste time senidng screenshots. Ive made it clear if they dont believe me I will give the screenshots to police & file FIR

    @ViCustomerCare Very very pathetic billing service You send recharge receipt only if recharge is done through VI app. You have to provide receipt of recharge done through other UPI apps. After all you are getting bill amount so you have to produce bill at least on demand.

    @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare VM392593. Today is 20th day of network outage and as commited by Vi social medial team, problem will b solved permanantly by today eod.Else,will port my number to other provider as I don't have any other option.Pls act at least now.

    @ViCustomerCare I've been using VI postpaid from last 5 years & getting bills on an avg around 800 with add on number of my mother..but recently I received 10000 bill saying ISD calls..but my mom had a small feature phone & she didn't even know how to dial my number & call. Help!
