    @ViCustomerCare I think now a days vi service at chaibasa within Dist west singhbhum jharkhand is worst and your officers are not looking into the same. in my humble opinion it is good to port the vodafone number into other network Even I request the other people to follow me.

    @ViCustomerCare whenever power has been gone, Vi 4G signal also shut down. Sometimes network has been also gone. We are facing same problem since last one month, my area pincode is 396135. Plz resolve the problem immediately.@rsprasad

    @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare 1/n I have closed my Youbroadband account in Sept 2020 and haven’t received the refund amount in the last 9 months. The backend team in Ahmedabad is non responsive and haven’t contacted me in the last 9 months. I had raised the issue for refund..

    @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare 1/n I had raised the issue 3 times, yet no response of any sort. The only thing the customer care executive says is to wait for a call from the backend team which obviously they don’t. This has been happening for the past 9 months.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm facing the same problem again from last 3 days. Tired of this thing. 4G drops to 2G, VoLTE gets turned off automatically... Vi network is becoming useless day by day. Vi's claim should be India's fastest 2G network, verified by Ookla
