    @ViCustomerCare 6 - No signal when lights are off. 7 - not a single signal bar 8 - no, it's complete signal loss in case of electricity is gone. 9 - everytime whenever electricity is gone. 10 - everytime whenever electricity is gone.

    @ViCustomerCare You guys again submitted wrong bill of Rs. 80+Tax. On the name of mobile internet charges. We were notified you guys over phone as well as over twitter. Shared the print screen to share the correct bill but seems Vodafone doesn't respect thier words and customer

    @ViCustomerCare Network in my area has been extremely patchy. None of my family members are able to make calls or access the internet. The situation is so bad that even Jio is giving better signals than you.

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been called twice about an overdue bill amount when I’ve already paid that amount a long time ago. When I ask for a customer service rep to call me back about this, no one calls. So, do tell, what am I supposed to do?

    M complaint is closed by @ViCustomerCare without any resolution or intimation. Upon asking, informed that for my service continuity Rs.46 is deducted from my main balance. That is on my pack expiry date and without my consent! Please take action. #badcustomerservice #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare Seriously need an urgent solution to the network problem and internet fluctuation, Damaging a lot of my unsaved work. Call getting dropped when calling to customer care, tried everything else..if you can look into it as soon as possible or may be I need to switch.
