@ViCustomerCare Hi rather then discussion since more than one month. No resolution come yet. Even after providing all the proof of payment. What is the issue to get my concern resolved? @ConsumerGoodsF this is the way customer are not satisfied with the service provider. Pls look into it.

@ViCustomerCare U have the worst network at all. No network bars at all I have to freaking struggle to make calls cannot rely on wifi also. All my money is wasted my regularly and advanced bill payment ar in vein. Plz work on ur network strength. Douche

The customer care ppl. called n said I can't use secondary balance for recharge, y is that so, it is not money? Y should recharge again with extra money when there is balance alrdy. #VI @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
