@ViCustomerCare 2/2 everyday they say v r working to resolve it n it will be working within 2 days. they even closed my complaint of 4th jan without resolving it & i had to lodge a fresh complaint. I am a senior citizen and I just cannot run to the banks everyday. its 8 days now

@ViCustomerCare I have been trying to port my number but SMS services not working on my number 9988488843. i went to Vi store and filed a complaint online they said issue is resolved but it has not. my reference number C003-112197991836. i have been suffering since 09 Jan.

@ViCustomerCare 1/2 I recharged with an unlimited pack on 4th jan & since then I am unable to send sms.I hv complained 4 times incl 2 visits to Vi gallery. no resolution yet. I cannot transact with my banks, Gpay. Vi is not bothered

@ViCustomerCare You charge for callertunes whereas it's not even worth . Sound cracks so badly and full of distortion and one cannot hear the callertune clearly. Fix this pathetic service instead of replying with an automated message. Or else porting to @JioCare might be option.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Vi, The 4gb/day pack was too good that many of my friends switched to Vi.The connectivity of Vi is pretty much weak in my area but 4gb/day plan was one of the the main cause which is holding us on Vi. I hope this feedback will help u. Hoping for continuation of the plan.

@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI Hi Deepsikha, V r fed up of your & Vi copy paste replies.Finally we are sufferer. No indoor network coverage at all till now.R U,Vi is going to reduce our Post Paid bills due to no indoor coverage???? Enough request & time we have given you.Time to take action.

@ViCustomerCare the new data plans are terrible. Please come up with better plans or at least offer the same data capacity which we were getting earlier. Increase in price doesn’t really matters until the services are affected. But here we are at the loosing either way.
