    @ViCustomerCare My number was shifted to postpaid on 8 April 2022 and all the documents have been submitted and verified.But all of a sudden yesterday,the number has been suspended citing document issues. Horrible service.

    I received offer by @ViCustomerCare while recharge that offers withwaral when I complained against them they aren't interested to resolution & give me wrong information contuously & cut the call also rude behavior by customer executive also not replying my mail timely.

    @ViCustomerCare Staff Name : Sumit Number: 9763100146 Got call from this VI service provider on my mobile number 9925348072 We registered complaint regarding network. And staff from Other side using abusing words on call "Maa ki chuut madarchod". This is the service!! 9925755029

    All ISP's totally suck. Absolutely no network of @ViCustomerCare or airtel in bldg. Had to go for Jio. Which recharges plan on its own when one expires without even asking. Absolutely no human contact. No way to figure out how and why they activate any plan without consent!
