    @ViCustomerCare call drops and pauses again!! Second complaint within 2 months and the ticket was closed with a positive note rather checking with the customer.

    @ViCustomerCare Never seen a more pathetic telecom network ever - personal no. gets suspended without any intimation, stating it's a company no. ( a company which I left 7 years ago) Mind you they billed both me and the company for a few months - well done, VI/Vodafone!
