Even transfer from postpaid 2 prepaid, I was asked to come 2 times at the gap of 4 hours, pathetic service for transfer of plan within vodafone. Its much easier in Airtel @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare . @DoT_India Pls don't put our money on them. Better 2 revive BSNL stagewise

@ViCustomerCare @IamYogeVR In my area VI network coverage is very poor and weak, heavy network signal fluctuation issues, frequent data connection 4G 2G changes keep happening since then, on complaining, the same information is being given since 2017, there has been no change till date @ViCustomerCare

@bsnl_care What's the point bro? Everytime I complained u just close the ticket with no action taken. How long cld i wait? I had to come out of my room into open sky for proper talk. @ViCustomerCare hope u r nt doing same to me. I hv joined u n shld hv ur signal by Saturday.
