    @ViCustomerCare i have ported from Airtel to Vodafoneidea as per call receive from Mr Aryan of Customer Care on 21 Sep 25, my number is Closed since last 2 days but I have not received New SIM Card from Vodafoneidea. Called multiple times to Customer Care & Aryan but no response

    Vodafone Idea sends SMS for 5G, whereas they do not have 5G in Rajasthan, except in Jaipur, their 4G also does not work properly, the internet gets disconnected as soon as a call comes, sometimes UPI payment also fails due to their network. @ViCustomerCare @NPCI_NPCI @DoT_India

    Absolutely worst network quality from VI ,they always charge us much money for recharge and provide poorest quality of service.also customer support of Vodafone is too bad they even do not talk politely @ViCustomerCare I think it is time to move on Hello @reliancejio @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare Went for online prepaid sim purchase yesterday and completed recharge payment & video KYCs but yet to receive my sim. 24 hours gone and no response. Cancel my order and refund the paid amount as Airtel delivers it in 3-4 hours.
