    @ViCustomerCare Both sims are active now bur still no network...i have tried other sims in these phones are those are working plus same way i have use these new Vi sims in other phone and they are working...so this very strange problem that these new sims are not working in old style basic phone

    @ViCustomerCare I have requested to Port my sim on 9th July From Airtel to VI Yesterday night my Airtel sim started showing no network so, I inserted new VI sim, but I am unable to call anyone or cannot do anything. It showing everywhere that this service is not available. Help!

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my mobile with Rs49 plan and also Rs 10 talktime after that i am not getting SMS service activated . After contacting with Customer care support they asked me to again Recharge with Rs. 129 to activate SMS service . How common people can afford this ????
