  @ViCustomerCare something wrong in ur system,till now i had noticed a cross connection in call, now I'm witnessing cross connection in SMS. I have never sent the msg but other party received it. I have received the SMS which somebody was sending to someone else. Correct this.

  Hey @ViCustomerCare I do have 4GB/day data plan. But your network is awful from past one week. I used to get good network in past month but now it's not the same even though it's showing 4G the bandwidth is like 2g I can't even send my whatsapp msg too.

  @ViCustomerCare I am facing frequent call drops, unable to call , break in voice etc since past 2 months in my area .Despite raising complaints nothing happened. Kindly also note this issue is faced by everyone in my area. Now if not resolved i will port all number approx15-16

  @ViCustomerCare Exact problem : not receiving any calls other than from Vodafone numbers. 2 signal bars visible . 3G/4G seen on handset. Issue occurring since last 3 days from around 6th June.

  @ViCustomerCare He is trying to get solution from your calling agent for data slow down and slow speed but he keep saying that everything is good in your area, (Mundra , Kutch Gujarat) everyday in evening and morning your networks geta unstable.
