    @ViCustomerCare I have complaint about the network issues & you team calls me & said there’s nothing we can do . If the main electricity goes off you turn off the tower as well , coz my network shows 3G from 4G . I don’t need this unstable network especially my work is depends on internet

    @ViCustomerCare as I mentioned above an customer excutive called be and said PAN is acceptable as a KYC document so I visited vi store with my PAN card and explained what happened & our conversation then the employee there she was so arrogant&she just fired on me telling that

    @ViCustomerCare is the worst network service provider in India and they cheat thier customers. In last one month they have deducted almost 100 rs for various services from my account even though i never requested for these services and they dont even refund after complaing
