    @ViCustomerCare even after a recharge, my sim is not activated, i called customer support and they said, it will start working in a few hrs. But it's more than 48hrs, but still I'm not able to call anyone.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India VI shows ₹179 recharge with 28 days. but actually gives only 24 days once recharged! Then they say “Download the VI app to get 28 days.” Why should poor, keypad phone users be forced to download an app to get full benefits? misleading and unfair

    @DoT_India The service provider has not made any improvement in the above mentioned situation. I have taken the plan with the highest tariff but there is no network for the last 18 days and now the voice call also became very poor quality. @ViCustomerCare

    What pathetic service and network @ViCustomerCare ??? Been trying to de-link my family plan and port and your customer care people have been hounding me on both my numbers with simultaneous calls
