    @ViCustomerCare why was my complaints getting closed without any solutions ?#4-146358762646. Not even single person called to check the problem facing with network !!! but complaints are getting closed saying calls have been made and based on my confirmation tickets closed .

    @kiran704414 @ViCustomerCare yes this is the same issue that even iam facing thy do this so you cannot use their services as your is a unlimited plan they will profit as you cannot use their services. mine also 6 days and no network

    @ViCustomerCare from yesterday i m trying to get internet setting for the same i did sms but still no message received. not sending OTP due to that unable to login in app. U really deserve to shut ur operations why govt. bailed out u while u dont care ur customer. #ShameVi
