    @ViCustomerCare Facing serious issues with VI network for the past 3 days. Calls keep dropping, and internet speed is almost 0 kbps (fluctuating between500kbps).Network becomes stable only when electricity but as soon as power goes off, everything gets worse or almost dead. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare You are explaining me the charges by looking into the bill. You need to check your systems, there is some serious issue. The issue is I am not even getting rings for the calls, which are showing as received and which are charged.

    @ViCustomerCare Most choot..h co , just for sake i hv have a voda num and everytime to recharge is pathetic **** thing as there is UPI option!! And ur service station at Coimbatore is nothing but poor attitude so never bothered to change to postpaid add tat to your poor network

    @ViCustomerCare Why don’t you fix your customer care first?? You have said I’ve used 50% of 300 gb international roaming in one day! And all I’ve done is answer emails and WhatsApp’s.

    @ViCustomerCare Since Thursday, I’m in correspondence with the NewBEL Road Vi store manager and then the Malleshwaram Vi store manager. Tech team visited my place yesterday - they could not provide any solution or alternative. I wish to escalate this matter to the concerned Vi regional manager.

    @ViCustomerCare how many days it takes to convert SIM to E-Sim. It has already been 6 days with no solution till date. This is the support we get after using Corporate Plans. No1 in the VI office knows who to coordinate, just mail and hope someday someone will revert. Shameful.
