@ViCustomerCare It's been more than 24 hours I haven't heard from your end or you tried to contact but didn't get the network as usual? Why don't @ViCustomerCare strengthen the network from money which they receive after charging wrongly for VAS?

never ever do any transaction through ur app in future. I request my family & friends too to delete ur app on their mobile & explain ur frauds. I also port my @ViCustomerCare number to @reliancejio which never alow 3rd party for fraudsters. Shame on u @vijayshekhar running such

@ViCustomerCare Extremely frustrated to report - within a month this is 4th occuranvc of network outage. I don't have network for 2 days now. When is VI gonna fix this issue? Should I port to other service after being with u for 8 long years on two numbers??
