  @motorolaindia @ViCustomerCare I have Motorola G51 5G and I use Vi SIM. Whenever I use Vi SIM ,after 5-10 minutes the phone gets connected to 2G network then I have to reboot 1-2 times to get 4G network. At same place another smartphone with Vi SIM gets always 4G network.

  @ViCustomerCare bogus duty-free shopping voucher issued, was unable to redeem the same at airport & was told it’s expired while it was activated on Tuesday itself, sincerely loosing interest in VI day by day due to lot of other troubles/ issues as well @ypachnekar

  @ViCustomerCare Social media chimp responding with templated messages doesn't really fix my problem now, does it? I am going to make it my mission to get people to switch away from vodafone - I have lots of time on my hands!
