    @ViCustomerCare No sir . I have provided information several times . Not only me every people of our location faces same problem. Like them I would also port to jio or Airtel .

    @ViCustomerCare I keep getting subscribed to caller tunes packs. I nvr initiate these transactions. Everytime I send the SMS to Stop the service, I get a followup message stating that you have received my request for a caller tune. I do not want any VAS. Please put an end to this

    @ViCustomerCare Your network sucks! You don't even provide customer care talk for problems but keep robbing. Who Decide auto dedication for services nobody uses? Internet is dead for last at least 17-18 hours. Better to get rid of you.

    @ViCustomerCare I took a VI sim recently in the Kolkata Circle, and using it in my Poco F1 device but not getting the VoLTE support. I contacted 198, they told me my device is not updated to them, so they can't enable VoLTE for me, disappointing for me...
