@ViCustomerCare Hi, you can't get in touch with me on a deactivated SIM. I don't want to speak to any more people. I was told at 1 PM that my SIM would take 4 hours to get reactivated.I called up customer care at 7 PM and the guy Saqib told me that it'll take 24 hours, a new ETA just like that.

@ViCustomerCare I need my replacement SIM activated ASAP. I was told it'll take 4 hours, your unhelpful customer care exec Saqib said 24 hours, I'm sick of being lied to. If you can't make it happen, I'm sure @Airtel_Presence is better equipped to help.

@ViCustomerCare Hello Your service in our area is Third class.... I'm going to port my sim to @reliancejio. They have better network, service and customer satisfaction. Your customer care executive does not have a manner to talk with customer 1/4
