@ViCustomerCare It started from last month n thats why i had to recharge but i think of it much then. But today i was not getting my bank otp. And soon after i recharged, i started getting sms. You keep saying that incoming sms will be continued but its your strategy to force customer

@TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare I was in a similar situation recently, i got close to 12 calls in a period of 2 days even after providing the explanation that i am leaving Vodafone after 10 years due to very poor network coverage and very bad customer service.

@TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Some people @ V! are ensuring the downfall of V!.. The service at V! is getting from BAD to WORSE.. Most of my friends have switched.. I'm still hoping the management will wake up.. else even I'll switch like everyone..

@ViCustomerCare kindly initiate refund of my balance amount of recharge..i do not wish to continue my connection with Vi. recharge is valid till dec so deduce used period and refund balance amount. Kindly treat ths tweet seriously. no compromise expected or will be entertained
