    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband it has been over a month since your team has been saying they will fix the wires as they are hanging dangerously. You need to get this asap before we ask BMC to get involved. Your area guys have been ignoring calls and messages. Fix it today

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, I am not getting incoming calls from any number, many times I raised the complaint but your technical team is not doing anything, customer support only says it will get resolved as earliest. Facing this issue since last 3-4 months.

    I have been using vi since more than 6 yrs .5 months back I shifted to pune (Mangalwar peth) from mumbai .Since then im raising a complaint on vi app regarding the worst internet speed even tried visiting the vi customer care store but nothing happened . @ViCustomerCare

    @motorolaindia @ViCustomerCare I have Motorola G51 5G and I use Vi SIM. Whenever I use Vi SIM ,after 5-10 minutes the phone gets connected to 2G network then I have to reboot 1-2 times to get 4G network. At same place another smartphone with Vi SIM gets always 4G network.

    @ViCustomerCare The Sim from different carrier never creates such a nuisance problem till date. So i am assuming this may be some kind of SCAM or whatever to loot customer. I am not sure about that, but i m forced to beleive that, i will definitely never ever trust again this VI. Thank You.

    @ViCustomerCare Almost after 2 years of using it, the same problem repeats. This time the sim was in different slot in same phone, and Irony is there exists another sim of a different carrier in the same phone, which is there from day 1 of this phone, although it's working just fine.
