Poor customer service by @ViCustomerCare Store in PC Colony, Kankarbagh, Patna-800020. It's 10:30 AM but store is still closed. I came here for SIM replacement.

@ViCustomerCare Today I visited Chakdaha's most famous laboratory Monorama Ultrascan near Chakdaha Bharati cinema hall,chakdaha,nadia,pin-741222 and got absolute zero indoor coverage of Vi. No 4G,very weak 2G signal indoor.Very disappointed to see this at such an important place.

@ViCustomerCare I have been facing consistent network issues in Jia Sarai New Delhi for a few days. Today also no network connection for the whole day Didn't expect Vi to be so bad in the national capital itself. Irony is the billboard that I see every day stating Vi is fastest.
