Hi Vi @ViCustomerCare, your network at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, especially Infotech One—is among the worst I’ve experienced. This is a major tech and finance hub with many big companies. Why is Vi falling so far behind the competition here?

@ViCustomerCare Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. UPE-V01950946683. You may intermittently face this issue. We continue our efforts to resolve it soon. In case you arent happy with our efforts, you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days.

@ViCustomerCare I am extremely disappointed with the continuous delay in activating my sim. I request and expect my sim to be activated immediately without any further excuse or delay.. Or else you will lose one customer for life time

@ViCustomerCare I face internet fluctuations problem everyday due to which there is limited interconnection all the time, this problem occurs every 30 minutes and this problem occurs for 1 month or a little more then it gets fine and again gets bad after 2 months.
