    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare had promised discount on 24th December 2021 but I didn't record the call and the executive didn't mention it in the system. So when asked to check the dated IVR they refused. So please look into this. They promise and they turn back on it. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare My SIM Card is Damaged i am not getting signal from past 2-3 days. So i went to Local Retailer for Exchanging the SIM (I am currently in other state means Roaming sim). The Retailer getting error when they enter my number for replacement. And VI store is 200 KM

    @ViCustomerCare ...Why are you running your company??? it's Nothing than a poop....it's just 5 days I have moved from Airtel to VI.and trust me this is that was the biggest mistake I had done.. Multiple complaints made but your people not resolve my Issue.i am getting 0.1 Mbps sp

    @Airtel_Presence it takes 2 days to port out of Airtel and 15 days to solve internet issue. That’s your service quality. Airtel Number 9972143230. Service Request No. 31-3828812503899, dated 30/12/2021. Is it time to switch to @ViCustomerCare ?

    @ViCustomerCare I think streaming movies with Vi network is a big joke while the basic service of making/receiving call is very difficult
