    @ViCustomerCare If I have do the DM also it is waste of my time only bcz you don't have futuristic plan and established network so waste of my time and my recharge amount. Look at your core failure and resolve that automatically it will solve

    @ViCustomerCare should improve their network coverage first. We were without any signal for 10 days in Himachal Pradesh. Saving grace were 1. Hotspot from another cell with a Jio sim 2. Hotel wifi

    @ViCustomerCare very conveniently has scammed me by showing my Oct 2025 recharge (₹509) - which ended in Jan 2026 as my current plan. Even the Vi App doesn't show my actual current plan ₹859 which I recharged in March 2026. They have cut off my data for 3 days. FIX THIS NOW!

    @ViCustomerCare U morons still charge for miss call alert, U charge for callertunes, U charge for voice mail, U charge calling special no or ivr portals, U people are scammers, No proper network, But charging premium.. L a u r a p h o n e
