    @VodafoneIN Visiting any Store is the problem. Appears you have not understood my tweet. Subsequently even contacted Customer Care at 199 was of no Help. Asked to visit Vi website. Did that also but at no place could lodge my problem and find solution. What shall one Senior Citizen do?

    I advised my wife to switch from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia for better connectivity. In hindsight it was a mistake. Yesterday morning I got a SMS with a pin for activation. My wife tried to dial but it said not registered on network @Airtel_Presence

    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare worst experience anyone can ever with ur service.1st u charge the customer with auto renewal then block there sim so that they can't send"STOP" to stop the service. Then u don't even respond back.Plz resolve this so that I cn port my Sim to other network

    @ViCustomerCare @moneycontrolcom in terms of customer service, vi is failing on basics.why would FIIs would invest in vi? Customer service is poorest at international level, I have used bad telecom products but vi is exceptionaly bad in customer service
