    Its just been 70 days i hav ported and i had to visit Main store 5 time and Mini stor 2 time and for all work mini store says,u have to go Main store. In NIT FARIDABAD BK chowk store the customer service is pathetic especially a rep YASH DUA didnt had manners toTalk @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN I don’t you guys are not interested or not capable enough to resolve my problem on specific time. It’s better to port my number rather wasting my time money and energy with vodafone. I’m raising a port request as of now.

    @VodafoneIN I can’t affort to give you much time as 3 months are enough to resolve any problem. You guys have taken your customer for granted. Don’t worry i will bother you much as long as i port my number to @reliancejio soon.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was not happy with the airtel service and facing some network problem for last 2+ years & I was planning to Port this in @VodafoneIN. I haven't shared that port code to anyone but got a call today and he was telling me he is from Airtel & my (1/2)

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN Thanks for the worst service i have received from any telecom till date.I am regretting to the core t chose Vodafone.Porting out all my 3no.s in my Family Plan as soon as i complete 90days #UnhappiestCustomer will encourage my knowns to not use Vodafone @VodafoneUK

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. Such a shameless operator you are, more then 3 months, several complaints but no improvement in my network. I guess I have to Port finally to Vodafone , but I will not go alone will take at least 10 postpaid subscribers with me @VodafoneIN.

    Customer Care is happy to help but they dont help happily,dont even know how to check an issue u can see how many times i called but my 3no.s were barred from service inspite of paying all bills in advance.Rep YASH DUA at NIT FARIDABAD BK Store121001 behaved v badly @VodafoneIN

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI sir, I had similar experience. For permission to port they made me pay full outstanding, but afterwards they raised bills and issues legal notice for payment. TRAI must take up. I will submit evidence.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare Even the people sitting in Vi stores try to cheat people by charging amounts that are more than the amt to be recharged. They tell us to pay 350 for an offer of 297. I have reported this to their customer care. Even after that they do the same. There is no change

    @ViCustomerCare Inspite of converting my postpaid 2 prepaid & getting a new prepaid card on 11 Aug, it didn't get activated even after a month & I received a bill for your non existent monthly service which I will not pay. I am fed up of following up repeatedly with customer care
