    @rsprasad Sir this is to bring to your notice that service providers like @VodafoneIN @Airtel_Presence are not providing services in greater Noida,and when we are complaining they are least bothered. Big names giving worst service and we are paying for this kind of services.🙏

    @VodafoneIN There is also worst net connectivity I m getting all d time from my residence.Hard 2 believe that on 1 side vodafone claiming best net connectivity on their marketing campaigns but on the other side in realty ground,Its seems the worst network service provider.

    @Idea @VodafoneIN We have 9711049864 (IDEA) post paid. They are adding extra amount in my recent bill and also close my out going call. Modifie the bill then i will pay the money. Otherwise i have to shift on other network. Bhupesh Joshi

    Sir @DoT_India @rsprasad @SanjayDhotreMP, at a time when we are about to leap into the #5G era, I frequently find #4G service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence become a crawling child. Left @VodafoneIN just a couple if months back for this same reason.

    @VodafoneIN Hat's off to you Vodafone, you guys told me that as I'm not paying my bill so my incoming will get deactivate in 90 days, however you shut down my services from today and I have to call your support to reactivate my services. What a customer service

    @VodafoneIN wanted to port back to Vodafone from BSNL. Checked ur Vodafone app and tried porting procedure. But it looks like to you guys postpaid customers are more important than prepaid coz the app only gives personalised service if porting done to postpaid n not prepaid.

    @VodafoneIN I regret very much 2 inform u, we are facing network problem in my residential address F23 GF, Shatabdi Enclave str 49 Noida.We are not able to make any call or receive it b'cos of low signal.This unwanted obstruction posing lots of inconveniences and hardships 4 us.

    @ViCustomerCare done kyc thrice to convert a SIM card from postpaid to prepaid since 2nd of this month . Still KYC getting rejected . Is this how you treat a customer who has been associated for 25+ years … regretting to be associated .

    Absolutely fed up with @ViCustomerCare! At 7 PM today, I couldn't make a UPI payment because Vi's network was down, total inconvenience! Tried calling customer care at 198, waited forever, and still no connection. This is unacceptable!Vi step up your game or keep losing customers

    @ViCustomerCare Vi Is The Biggest Scam In India. If You Are A Vi Customer Please Port Your Sim Card With Other Network Operators (Like Jio True 5G, AirTel 5G & BSNL 4G). Please SMS PORT<SPACE><YOUR 10 DIGIT MOBILE NUMBER> TO 1900. I Already Port My Three Vi Sim Cards To AirTel.
