    @VodafoneIN It has been committed to me that I will be getting 40 gb data benefit if I will availing 299rs plan. But suddenly I got to know that my data has been reduced to 20gb without any prior information. Great service.

    @VodafoneIN Very dissatisfied customer service from Vodafone india. Three days back I visited Vodafone mini Store (Pragati communications)faridabad. They have deactivated my no because I denied to convert prepaid to postpaid.Vodafone executive name is Shubham.

    @ViCustomerCare It is difficult to believe that international roaming can only be enabled by visiting a Vi store in person to pay the deposit. For a customer who's been with you for 20 years. Other providers don't suffer from such problems.
