Tweeted and DM to Vi Care around 2-3 days ago, still problem not resolved. Looks like Vi doesn't need customers as they already loosing them due to worst service experience. Consumer court is last option for me if my mob. no. not started @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare

@VodafoneIdeaIN @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare 2/2 Issue has been registered via vi-app “#3-108743506136” but not resolved. have also shared alternate number where I can be reached. Vi have billed me for the Aug-2021. That amount need to be refunded and issue to be resolved ASAP

@ViCustomerCare Disappointed by VI as i would like to shift my VI prepaid sim to VI postpaid sim,But today on sunday VI store was closed and in case of airtel Store was opened and shifted the telecom company because Airtel was giving service on Sunday also. VI team Work on it .

What nonsensical network connection by #VodafoneIdeaIN in certain areas of Kidderpore Kolkata inspite of several assurances @ViCustomerCare to upgrade. In midst of Youtube video it changes from 4G to 2G. Acceptable? Company going for liquidation?
