Even after giving my Vi no to the @ViCustomerCare it's still the same no improvement I don't know whether they are trying to find a solution on this issue or they just ignore it after we snd them our Vi no. An all. Please help me reach out to them. Ty.

In the Generation of 4G .5G, I am getting the experience of 1G for your network.i think i should get my sim card ported to some other network fix your network if you can my recharged money wasted @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
