I hv been using my current Vi number frm 2009.Initially it was Idea.These days it's been used only for OTP etc. 1st time did recharge on 9thMay for datapack & realised it's actually NOT worthy.Other service provider gvs cheaper & bettr service as compared to @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare I am visiting your Burdwan(WB) #V! store for 7 days, they are unable to function as all their IDs are locked in system!! Beyond imagination in 4g times... If it is true, pls unlock them so that we poor customers can get some service in tough times !!
