    Fed up with @ViCustomerCare. Ordered a SIM on 22 Jul with same-day delivery. It’s 25 Jul and still no SIM. Support keeps saying, “Tomorrow.” There’s a Vi Mini Store next to my house but they can’t issue it. If you can’t deliver, stop selling SIMs online with false promises. 😡

Please share the locations of the retail touch-points for the PIN code. also,I would like to understand why a representative can visit for KYC in case of a new sim, but not for duplicate sim KYC 1/2

    I am in good network zone. On the same device Airtel and Jio works as 5G+ but Vi works only 4G. Only yesterday i ported Vi to experience its network. I am already regretting it. Calls are dripping, 5G not working. Pathetic @ViCustomerCare. Details and screenshots shared in DM
