    @VodafoneIN Very poor service of your customer service desk. I had requested for port in and it's been 6 days chasing to get it done.

    @ViCustomerCare So this highly inexperienced executive Yusuf called to harras me in the morning without even reading my tweets or the DM. He obviously couldn't speak or understand English and disconnected the call when I was about to tell him my issue which he should have known before calling.

    @ViCustomerCare I just ran out of data before the expiry of my Rs 365 plan which according to your VI app is an Unlimited Data Plan . Why mislead the customers. I believe time has come to change the network service. #Vodafone

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Team, ​I am writing to report an issue with my recent Vi SIM card order. ​The SIM card has been delivered to me, but it is currently not working. Furthermore, when I check the order status on the Vi website, it does not reflect that it has been delivered.

    @ViCustomerCare Did a terrible mistake of porting to vodafone from Airtel. Bad network eelverywhere I am going. Today my family is in Shantiniketan and we are struggling. Please let me know how fast I can port back to Airtel

    @ViCustomerCare `@ViCustomerCare VI launched 5G on 30th May but network is dead. No 4G, no 5G. Customer care not responding either. I paid for a plan and got no service. Requesting refund.
