@NellaiVinodh @ViCustomerCare #vi neglecting Tamilnadu customers by providing good service. They fully concentrate only North India. They don’t provide 4g indoor coverage and Vowifi in any South Indian state. They don’t want to do business in Tamilnadu. #vi worst.

@ViCustomerCare @VarunBajiya #vi don’t worry everyone will leave your network shortly, once Bsnl 4g roll out or 5g roll out by airtel or Jio. If You will be replying in the same manner. #vi please wait you will get maximum 2g customers shortly, when BSNL starts 4g/5g.Then you can’t send or lose 2g customers.

@ViCustomerCare sends me a msg that as per my alleged request some service has been deactivated. Fact is I didnt make any request or call, when I called customer service to enquire all they tell me is that we have reversed charges, dont have any explanation for what happened.
