When I called customer care, they told me to go to a VI store in Gurgaon. At the store they said because I bought the SIM online, they can’t help, and asked me to buy a new SIM from them to get verification done. This is very unfair—please resolve this! #VodafoneIdea #VI

@ViCustomerCare i ordered one new Vi connection with Redx "7088000098" after confirmation, Vi executive denied to deliver this number stating it is activated and after requesting for another number with same pattern, he denied. Is this service we deserve?
