    @VodafoneIN just ported in to your network hoping for a better service.. But later realised that i ve done a big mistake by choosing ur network.. Forget about 4G or 3G There is zero network of 2g at my home and nearby .. Contact Number:- 9927537474(vodafone) 9917622097

    @VodafoneIN @Idea My Vi Mobile number is XXXXXX2584. Volte service currently is not working but my handset (Oppo A5 2020) enabled with 4G Volte. Please check in your system and activate Volte on my Vi Mobile number.

    As per @VodafoneIN 4g is working properly but i think so last 2 manth payments don by me should i payments for my services is not working properly every times is it correct not sir this is my best of money #YogiAdityanath @rsprasad

    @ViCustomerCare On ₹579 plan, data cuts from 2GB limit & stops when over, despite full 5G signal. Done all steps told by your executives. Don't blame my 5G phone, signal is full. This is your backend mapping glitch. Fix it ASAP! #Vi5G

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I reside in Purwa Tarauha village, District Chitrakoot (PIN 210205). I have filed complaints numerous times, yet no resolution has been reached. You people simply keep saying that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but in reality, nothing happens.

    @ViCustomerCare Just saying that avoid entering incorrect number is not correct. Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, Your service has become extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Constant network issues, terrible internet speed, frequent call drops, and absolutely no proper support from customer care. Customers are paying full price and getting the worst experience......

    @ViCustomerCare I am paying for a 2GB daily data plan, but I am unable to use even 10MB a day because the network is practically non-existent. My phone has become useless—people cannot reach me, and when a call somehow connects, the voice breaks constantly, making communication impossible.
