When trying to contact customer care, call going through the AI bot in a loop without being able to speak to the customer executive. What's the point of using post paid ??

@ViCustomerCare I have a data pack that allows 2 GB/day. I hardly use data through the day - more than 95% usage is on whatsapp and twitter (no video downloads) Since the last 3 days, my data pack is getting over at 6pm. How is this possible? Never faced this before

@ViCustomerCare I got a message that my Vi number 7887087886 will be disconnected as "Not My Number" on Sanchar Saathi portal. But I recharge regularly, last ₹204 just before the message. I'm abroad for 8 months, can't verify. Please help restore my number. Thanks!
