    @ViCustomerCare Please refer to DM for "Filmy tube" charges that show on current & previous month's bill, I need credit for these charges total 225/- as there's no net usage on that no. & nobody has subscribed for such service, this is a repeat issue #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Why do have keep giving spam messages that my mobile services have been stopped every day even after 6 days from recharge.. YOu are wasting my battery electricity and spamming. As it is your tariffs are highest in the world for the poor quality of service given

    @ViCustomerCare I had made a complaint on Dec 11 about leaving outgoing before the package validity was over.But Dec 21, i haven't solved my problem. So I've been Port this connection since 2003. with the realization that Vi is the worst network ever.

    @ViCustomerCare Out of 2 GB data. I've just used 10 MB. Why your network is declining day by day. Come on guys. I've been a loyal customer for a longtime. It looks poor to see this. Please fix it ASAP. You guys were doing great. Now, Why is it happening?
