    @ViCustomerCare I have been your customer since Idea was launched. Around 2002. Since last 2 years there has been a drop in the network in my area I contacted you many times but the standard response has been "there is no issue" With heavy heart, I am switching to @airtelindia

    @sanjaybhutiani @ViCustomerCare No #vodafoneidea network since morning.... Stuck up at KGMU... Could not make caals or receive calls.... No messages going out... Great Gigabit experience.... What a shame.... Twice in 4 days... Pathetic

    I'm not getting 4g network of VI and even customer service also is not good, I'm facing this prblm every weak for 1 or 2 days,it feels like you guys don't give **** about your customers, I'm not sure how long VI will survive with this kind of attitude @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar

    @ViCustomerCare @Paytmcare my father made a payment from paytm of rs 820 bt it didnt reflect on vodafoneidea app paytm said amount transferred 2 vi communication bt vi customer care said they have not received any payment.without ny intimation they evn disconnect phone

    @ViCustomerCare my mom uses simple phone. I dialed *212# to check balance and 30 Rs got deductd for the service we don't want. I have already ported 5 family members no to @reliancejio from idea. Looks like one more need to be ported.
