    @ViCustomerCare @BandBajaateRaho @consumerforum_ after completing several times, vi fails to resolve problem and they are just ignoring my complaint and sending me msjs that my complaint has been resolved but i am still facing it. When power goes, there internet not working.

    @ViCustomerCare my mistake I recharged my phone number 8939407264 for Rs.719 today. The previous recharge's validity is still remaining. Kindly cancel the recharge and refund the new recharge amount of Rs 719
