    After repeatedly complaining for poor Vodafone service, no action has been taken. One of the service I have got so far. No option left rather porting the Sim.@VodafoneIN

    After repeated complaint also the incoming facility in Vodafone network is totally not working in my locality and sometimes outgoing facility also but internet is working moderately specially in older device like Redmi note 3. @VodafoneIN @TRAI @rsprasad

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing an issue with Unlimited 5G on my Vi number. My phone shows a 5G connection, but my daily data quota is still being deducted. Once the daily quota is exhausted, internet services stop working completely. Kindly investigate and resolve.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Vi movies+TV website is pathetic. Requires multiple logins through the day, pathetic UI, and functionality breaks. Evident you hold no command over your dev team; coz i know how little an effort it is to fix these issues. I wont renew my subscription. Ty🙏

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, I recharged with a ₹145 data pack, but you blocked it and hid it from my app dashboard because my validity expired. I have officially filed a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (Docket Number: 9522931). Unlock my data or refund my money immediately!

    @ViCustomerCare Highly disappointed. Promised a new connection within 24 hours, but it’s been over 48 hours with no installation and no proper update. If commitments can’t be honored, they shouldn’t be made. This is unacceptable customer service. #Disappointed #UnhappyNewCustomer

    Recharged with the ₹349 plan, but since 5G is unavailable in my area, I'm limited to 1.5 GB/day on 4G. I have been trying to recharge with the ₹55 Unlimited Data add-on, but every payment attempt fails. Despite multiple attempts and contacting customer support @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @AnanyaBirlaX sorry to share the inhumane attitude of vi staff. In May I switched to Postpaid from Prepaid. Call centre called for PV. Inspite of providing details my number is Suspended. I’m in dire need as my kid is in hospital. Vi centre staff refuses to help

    @ViCustomerCare I really just don't want to talk to you guys anymore.. I literally got hundreds of calls from Vi repeatedly... Saying to send cancel message if I wanted to opted out(misinformation)

    6 months of internet browsing issue and @airtelindia keeps closing my complaints automatically. Even 198 refused to register a complaint. Forced to buy a new @ViCustomerCare VI SIM today. Airtel support go to hell. #Airtel #airtelpriority #AirtelFastLane
