    @ViCustomerCare Your internet speed is totally dead in our area. Tower is only 500 meters away from my location. Only getting 30 to 40 kbps now 11.10 pm . Improve your network or else people will leave you. Already I have ported out 6 vi sim

    @ViCustomerCare hi guys... I am now 24 hrs without network in pune, MH. I can't believe your technical team cannot resolve such a serious complaint in 24 hrs. I have been your customer since 2002 and now your network will not register me. Pathetic..complaint no 4-122839058958
