After repeatedly complaining for poor Vodafone service, no action has been taken. One of the service I have got so far. No option left rather porting the Sim.@VodafoneIN

After repeated complaint also the incoming facility in Vodafone network is totally not working in my locality and sometimes outgoing facility also but internet is working moderately specially in older device like Redmi note 3. @VodafoneIN @TRAI @rsprasad

@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare The worst network supplier is our area, even after complaining twice about no network for almost 4-5 hrs per day, there is no action taken. Thanks for the experience for past 12 years, @airtelindia is the only solution now a days.

@ViCustomerCare extremely poor service, check ur dms. why do I have to run from store to store to cancel sim delivery when I have already gone to showroom? showroom says they can’t cancel, sim delivery guy says its cancelled, then it gets reassigned. extremely poor service.
