After repeated complaint also the incoming facility in Vodafone network is totally not working in my locality and sometimes outgoing facility also but internet is working moderately specially in older device like Redmi note 3. @VodafoneIN @TRAI @rsprasad

The customer support Manager at @ViCustomerCare Vasai br is very rude to customers. Already, i had bought a new postpaid #VodafoneIdea sim however, yest whn i went to buy another sim of my choice no the mgr gets upset saying ppl come here with any no. & expect that to be issued.

@ViCustomerCare Let's play ticket ticket. You will randomly close the ticket. Open a new ticket. Give me timeline of 5 days. Close the ticket randomly before the deadline. Issue is unresolved. Repeat. What else can I expect from you. I am a Vi customer from last 15 years. Time to port.
