    @ViCustomerCare Aur kitna giroge. Ab base plans se sms outgoing service bhi hata diye. You are making sure that customers get frustrated. Porting my sim immediately.

    @Airtel_Presence Despite my repeated reminder to solve my problem nothing has been done on your part. No one is bothered to solve my problem. What a pathetic service by Airtel. I believe @ViCustomerCare is much more competent in understanding the issues of the customers. Very bad Airtel and bye
