    @VodafoneIN Dear vodafone, I am a user of your network for 14 years. I have never seen such poor network for long time like 4 to 5 months while others are providing the speed so good in this current situation. I am compelled to say that you are the worst service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare - Pathetic Service By 198 Customer Care & Vi Mini Store. I have a simple request to convert my Postpaid No to Prepaid No. Still, I am being asked to visit the store continuously and when I visit the store, they ask me to call 198. Horrible & Worst Experience.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India This can't be more absurd than knowing that we live in a digital era. Spoke to one of the vi customer representatives "Roshan Kothari" and he said that it will take a minimum of 35 days to refund Rs 1091.

    @ViCustomerCare VI customer care doesn't help their customers. This degradation was bound to happen when Idea became Vodafone Idea. Everything is money, without any human emotions.
