    @ViCustomerCare Don't say that "we don't want to loose you" it's dramatically word for VI care which is you use for every customer I have send my personal number to you in private massage for communication and you say that my number is inactive, which is active already

    If false billing had any limits, it will be successfully achieved and broken by @ViCustomerCare This month they add an amount (2585/-) to bill which does not relate to me & if I don't pay additional amt, they will proceed deactivation Pls help @DoT_India Need to port all no.

    If false billing had any limits, it will be successfully achieved and broken by @ViCustomerCare Every month they add an amount to the bill which does not relate to me and if I don't pay the additional amount they will keep adding late fee to it and disconnect the connection.

    @ViCustomerCare Seriously the worst company ever. spent over 2k for just keeping a sim card in my wallet. No esim possible as while purchasing I wasn't told it is a idea number. I ask if it is possible to port idea to Vodafone they say it is merged but as it is idea you cannot use esim Shameful

    @ViCustomerCare for a single sms to send i need to pay 179 Rs this is utter nonsense that VI in order to prevent its customers from porting to other networks has raised sms charges aggressively. @TRAI needs to look into this issue
