@VodafoneIN Dear vodafone, I am a user of your network for 14 years. I have never seen such poor network for long time like 4 to 5 months while others are providing the speed so good in this current situation. I am compelled to say that you are the worst service provider.

@ViCustomerCare random services are getting started and charged. Onus is on customer to prove he hasn't started those services. Just now I got charged ₹20. Vi customer care failed to prove I authorised activation. @TRAI help the subscribers. I had to fight for refund
