    @VodafoneIN Dear vodafone, I am a user of your network for 14 years. I have never seen such poor network for long time like 4 to 5 months while others are providing the speed so good in this current situation. I am compelled to say that you are the worst service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare stores not accepting card payments to reduce risk of Covid. But you will send a refund in form of cheque which customer has to deposit in bank?

    Phathetic and worst customer service from @ViCustomerCare . When I wanted to port to another service provider they are not letting me do as well as gave fake commitment of bill waiver for next 18 months.

    .@ViCustomerCare I did a 1GB-No Service Validity recharge of Rs 16 but I cannot use the credited data. I had to do the 129-recharge so as to use data. Are you fooling the customers into spending 16 for naught? Or are you forcing to take plans? Note, it's not about the amount.

    @ViCustomerCare How fair is it that postpaid bill can be paid in 10 secs via App but a refund takes 60 days via Cheque which customer has to go to bank and deposit. That too cheque sent to an address that I don't stay at anymore. Wah wah !!!!

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp I have been using Vi from many years. From last 4 days there is totally no network in the Balijan region of Digboi, Assam. All Vodafone users of Balijan including me suffuring various major problems because in this Covid time we all r depanding on

    @ViCustomerCare you've not improved your services in bilaspur of chhattisgarh state. Data speed is very slow. I'll have to switch to some other better service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare my outgoing calls stopped and it says pay your bills but my bill due on 12th july so how can you stop outgoing calls?? Thats why vodafone custmer decreases and switch to other operator bcoz of this kind of service
