@VodafoneIN Dear vodafone, I am a user of your network for 14 years. I have never seen such poor network for long time like 4 to 5 months while others are providing the speed so good in this current situation. I am compelled to say that you are the worst service provider.

@ViCustomerCare I have never seen worst network from any mobile network company than yours in last 6 days. When raised a complaint ticket on app it's closed in 2 days with no solution. Customer Care office cannot resolve it. Absolutely bad customer service.

@Shantanuloharr @ViCustomerCare Ha, legal action consumer court me lena possible hai agar privacy breach se real damage hua jaise harassment ya financial loss. Pehle Vi customer care se escalate karo with proofs. Nahi solve ho to TRAI/DoT complain file karo. Under DPDP Act 2023 aur Consumer Protection Act, grounds ban sakte hain. Lawyer se advice lo pehle.

@Shantanuloharr @ViCustomerCare Legal action consumer court mein le sakte ho if Vi ne TRAI ke 90-day cooling period ya privacy rules follow nahi kiye, causing deficiency in service. Pehle Vi customer care aur DoT/TRAI se complain try karo. Supreme Court ne similar petition dismiss ki, responsibility previous user ki bhi. Lawyer consult karo for your case.
