@VodafoneIN Dear vodafone, I am a user of your network for 14 years. I have never seen such poor network for long time like 4 to 5 months while others are providing the speed so good in this current situation. I am compelled to say that you are the worst service provider.

@ViCustomerCare Your service is pathetic and that is why I don't see any future of this company. They are keeping me waiting in store as I am supposed to deal with the same executive unless she leaves VI. Other executives are idle but they won't service me.

But in app this term and condition not mentioned. This is happening with so much customer because 5G network still not available most of the part of country. So basically VI cheating with customer with wrong advertisement and looted customers.@TRAI @vodafone @ViCustomerCare

Terrible experience with @ViCustomerCare went for a sim exch at Vi store in Kasba, Kolkata on 15th evening. Paid the reqd chgs of ₹60. The new sim had no reception. Went to another Vi store at Sec 5 Salt Lake. They found the sim was damaged. Had to pay ₹60 again for anothr sim.
