@ViCustomerCare really saddened by the sorry state of your customer service. My postpaid number was suddenly deactivated with a prior notice of only 6 hours . Your customer service staff is unable to help in any way. My last 2 days are spent bw Visting Vi store and 199.

@ViCustomerCare Few weeks back I reached to our customerservice regarding my mobile number recovery and the customer care responds to me bymail requesting me to reach VI physical store. When I reach the physical store the executive said that this number has been digitally blocked
