@ViCustomerCare your mobile internet service at this location seems to be non operational this evening. Your Network coverage over past couple of days has been pathetic with high rate of call drops and no 4G worth the name. Have you shut down or moved to 5G??

@ViCustomerCare vodafone is not serious about customer service. I have requested to remove my number from safe custody. I think their staff are high on drugs when they reply customer. Without understanding customer query they reply crap and nonsense.
