@ViCustomerCare your mobile internet service at this location seems to be non operational this evening. Your Network coverage over past couple of days has been pathetic with high rate of call drops and no 4G worth the name. Have you shut down or moved to 5G??

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Company are increasing there tariff day by day Without the proper service. Since last to days i am unable to access internet even calls are dropping. I am not in remote area but still struggling lot. Not sure why we having telecom ministry.

@ViCustomerCare again this is crazy that I have got a bill of 2000 rupees for incoming calls I have never picked up.... there are many customers having same issue.... better to port to another number. @ViCustomerCare pls check and correct the invoice

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic service by VI. Before recharge i have confirmed and your executive told me that recharge with 128 & ur previous service validity will also get added however same has not happened. Have complaint today in ur customer care however thy hve disconnected call
