    @ViCustomerCare after respite of a few days your network has started playing up again. Today there's no Network coverage whatsoever at this time 09:25 am. Get it restored please. I have no intentions of spoon feeding the symbols at your call centre!!

    @ViCustomerCare your mobile internet service at this location seems to be non operational this evening. Your Network coverage over past couple of days has been pathetic with high rate of call drops and no 4G worth the name. Have you shut down or moved to 5G??

    @VodafoneIdea4 @ViCustomerCare Since last month struggling with the connectivity issue on my vi no., changed my sim card, changed my phone, still no one is able to reach me, even after trying 6-7 times my no. is not getting connected, when I call some after 15 secs call drop.

    @ViCustomerCare you really need to pull up your socks. Actually I don’t think it is just incompetence. What I have experienced can only come from malicious intent to confuse the customer and fleece him.
