    @ViCustomerCare Very critical condition. Don't know when strict lockdown will start or current lockdown will be extended. 12 days already passed. How many days still required to activate my sim? Very bad & rude treatment you are giving to me.

    @Airtel_Presence this pretty much sucks though. we talk big about Digital India, but to not be able to remotely transfer a number from one person to another, providing all the necessary documents, is asking for improvements in the process. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare hope you up your game.

    @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no one cares be it Vodafone Idea & Airtel. Present operator disconnected my phone and past operate did not bother to update final outstanding of only Rs 98.99. Now what customer is suffering with outgoing calls barred. Thank you both

    @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia lady called form Vodafone Idea & I explained her total outstanding was only Ra98.99 as per Airtel message emailed to her. Airtel failed to update it resulting into services barred during pandemic if there is emergency what will I do.
