    @ViCustomerCare your mobile internet service at this location seems to be non operational this evening. Your Network coverage over past couple of days has been pathetic with high rate of call drops and no 4G worth the name. Have you shut down or moved to 5G??

    @ViCustomerCare We have registered your Network complaint with ref. no. GUJ-V00600812136 The expected resolution date is 02 Sep '21 6:00PM. @ViCustomerCare Your CC executive is telling me that asked timeline was not for resolution but to investigate the fault!! Read the word again, resolution.

    @nerdycapuchin @ViCustomerCare I'm gonna give them a final chance or else I'll also port out. Why suffer when there are other networks available? Let's see if they'll actually resolve the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Why is it mandatory to convert to postpaid for registering a e-sim in Vodafone whereas other service providers are allowing prepaid customers to get e-sim?

    @ViCustomerCare I'm getting full network and after that i am not able to make nd receive calls and also I'm not receiving otps nd messages from past 3-4 days. I had raised issues on vi app but they are repeating same things again and again still i have not got any solution.
