    @ViCustomerCare your mobile internet service at this location seems to be non operational this evening. Your Network coverage over past couple of days has been pathetic with high rate of call drops and no 4G worth the name. Have you shut down or moved to 5G??

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Whenever there is power cut in our area VI network status started showing Emergency Calls Only. I had already complaint regarding this so may times and every single time I was told that there is some power related issue and our engineers have fixed it.

    @ViCustomerCare I can't use data on my phone. There is still no icon of 3g or 4g on my phone even though my data is on. What should I do?? Called customer care and they told me to wait till midnight. N guess what, it's still not working coz you guys will reply after 24hrs only
