    @ViCustomerCare your mobile internet service at this location seems to be non operational this evening. Your Network coverage over past couple of days has been pathetic with high rate of call drops and no 4G worth the name. Have you shut down or moved to 5G??

    @ViCustomerCare Since 47 days? What will u do? Ur so-called Appellate calls and starts speaking like a tape-recorder saying same sentence 100 times. Evn whn I say ur not resolving my issue, still reply is same. Copy-paste email recd over 20 times now. What do I do with this service provider!

    @VodafoneProbs @ViCustomerCare What a worst company is Voda, since last 3 hours their Network/tower is not working, there is no network in Mobile at Balaour Nidhi, Near Benibad, Dist-muzaffarpur, BIhar-847107.Raise concern on twitter no action till now,very bad experience.

    Vi internet and network is too slow .Vi should do something to improve . internet services depressing. Not even providing basic internet speed. Just retire and be remembered for your services. Don't defame your image. Take care @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare mobile 9864040255 was ported under MNP and after 2 days,the connection was disconnected.payment on demand was paid even though the company could not provide the service.payment during the dis connection period is laso paid on demand.approached the store .
