@ViCustomerCare your mobile internet service at this location seems to be non operational this evening. Your Network coverage over past couple of days has been pathetic with high rate of call drops and no 4G worth the name. Have you shut down or moved to 5G??

@ViCustomerCare when will i get true 4G? Signal strength is poor. Speed is ~1Mbps (60KB to 80KB per second). I have a recharge plan of rs 149.. that's going to waste for sure.
