@ViCustomerCare after respite of a few days your network has started playing up again. Today there's no Network coverage whatsoever at this time 09:25 am. Get it restored please. I have no intentions of spoon feeding the symbols at your call centre!!

@ViCustomerCare Still resolution provided. Cmon Guys, just receiving calls from Social Media team, but no respite. Why do you forcibly impose plans to post paid customers which are not needed & not keep ur commitments. Pre-paid plans are much cheaper

@ViCustomerCare worsr ervice, and "chor company". Everytime deduct most of balance and when I called and asking for refund in customer care, they always say it has been deducted for data browsing. If this time you will not refund the balance, I will complain in grivence departm.
