@ViCustomerCare your mobile internet service at this location seems to be non operational this evening. Your Network coverage over past couple of days has been pathetic with high rate of call drops and no 4G worth the name. Have you shut down or moved to 5G??

BSNL rs.49.. 100minuts ..24days or Rs.118 unlimited calls 26days Jio rs.329 unlimited calls 84 days. I'm confused which operator to choose

Am a @ViCustomerCare user since 1996. Vodafone, orange, hutch, your brands changed but I didn't. But I am truly fed up now and am going to port my 6 numbers. Pathetic support when one needs it but daily unnecessary calls from your vendors even tho we are on DND.

@ViCustomerCare I called using your customer care number, they gave another phone number for post paid customer care, when I called the post paid customer care they told me call from another number which should not be a prepaid number, excellent system, this is why people are leaving Vi .
