    @ViCustomerCare care to explain why there's no service yet from yesterday 11 am onwards, my sister network came back back but mine didn't why is that. Everyday it's always like this for like 1-2 hour and now really got me frustrated ,do you want to lose customer ?.

    @ViCustomerCare I deactivated my idea broadband connection 6 months back and still to receive refund of deposit amount worth appox. Rs.2000. Inspite of multiple follow ups no response from Vi customer care. Would you care to respond?
