Very pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare Recharged for whole year and that amount got stuck from Their end. Customer service agent is saying - the whole system is being updated - they can't even give me a ETA when it will get fixed.

@ViCustomerCare Not a single call on my query. Worst customer support of VI. VI is fraud company. Their customer care executives are more than worst,they don't have any explanation of wrong bill. Customer care team is Dumb of VI.
