  @ViCustomerCare I never seen a such a poor service support from VI customer care. I log a complaint against the wrong amount added in my invoice 10 days ago. But still did not get any reply to me.Guys never buy any service from VI.

  @ViCustomerCare I have talked several times with ur customer care and even on twitter nothing happen,my area is wazirganj gonda utterpradesh where ur network is always unreachable.

  @ViCustomerCare very bad experience with VI, i m working remotely for 4 days, completely VI down, difficult to surf, call to CC given 5 days to resolve issue, same location @JioCare provide 4G+ service. please resolve issues. My location/mobile shared in DM.

  Vi jabardasti took Rs frm my prepaid ac 4 sum games which I did not request. Aftr complaint @ViCustomerCare refund money but #vodafoneidea is doing criminal act by jabardasti taking money. PIL should be filed against Vi they are robbing millions of prepaid customers like this

  @ViCustomerCare Sms does not get sent. Everytime it says failure. I have recharged with balance also. I need to verify some app by sending the sms. It is not working.
