It's a disgrace that I pay for service which I'm not able to use and youal should feel ashamed of yourself that It's taking you so long and don't make me upload your calls and chat screenshots out here so that ppl can abuse vi more

    @ViCustomerCare @akshayamoondra VI poor service forced me to mention the CEO handle here. Complaint # 3-123293493553 is poorly handled by VI team, poor service and misbehaved gesture from sector 50 Noida VI store and result is from more than 20 days the number is not activated.

    @ViCustomerCare we were told 15 days later in mail that dues remain unsettled and need to be paid. Despite telling both the customer support and well as the Vi store to look into it, I was told that I would need to make the payment again.Thank God for the GPay receipt to prove our case 2/n
