    @ViCustomerCare I've been using VI postpaid from last 5 years & getting bills on an avg around 800 with add on number of my mother..but recently I received 10000 bill saying ISD calls..but my mom had a small feature phone & she didn't even know how to dial my number & call. Help!

    @ViCustomerCare worst service provider IDEA ! i have idea sim , from last 2 days i am unable to make a outgoing call ! When i call it shows The Sign of E in place of 4g . And do not connect any call ! Worst service at pin code - 246747

    @ViCustomerCare Very very pathetic billing service You send recharge receipt only if recharge is done through VI app. You have to provide receipt of recharge done through other UPI apps. After all you are getting bill amount so you have to produce bill at least on demand.

    @ViCustomerCare And please stop harassing, have received around 10-15 calls in span of 1 hour!!! Now I might start talking in non-civil language. Do I have to explain my issues to every single employee of Vi?

    @ViCustomerCare Too late for that!!! Have been complaining about network for a long time. Last year ported other number for same reason. Was given hollow assurances then, network issue will be fixed in 2 weeks. Waited for 52 & now porting. Will u fix issues only if customer goes for porting?
