    @ViCustomerCare I'm not able to connect to the customer care number because it's showing that outgoing calls are stopped and I'm not able to call your customer care as well.? How does this make sense?

    @ViCustomerCare Horrible service. Can't use the phone at all due to zero connectivity in my residence. ALL complaints have fallen on deaf ears. High time that I switched to another service provider. Only false promises. Problem never got resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare I’m using VI network and im facing trouble without VOLTE while making calls that my internet will turn off, so i go to VI store asked to activate VOLTE service, they don’t know how to solve the issue after 3 days, then they asked me to get new sim card for Rs.100

    @ViCustomerCare @consumerforum_ KAR-V01018961808 was closed without any resolution. They didn't even chk before closing. I cled cust serv and came to knw my complaint is closed. Nobody has ny idea what's going on. Totally Unprofessional. They opened a new complaint to save ***.
