@theparaschawda @ViCustomerCare They don’t have vowifi. It’s failure with #vi. Only few places they are providing , that too not successful. Airtel & jio are only providing true 4g and vowifi. #vi just a 4g network.

@ViCustomerCare Finally VI agreed, this was a mistake at their part. This is a regular cheating, breach of trust & mental torture case from VI side which till date they never agreed. As I have all proof now, filing a case against them. Any cust of VI who feel cheated on same line, pls connect

Why @VodafoneIN is the worst company in the world ? They will bug you while you're on their network. They will bug you even more when you're trying to leave them. My mom is getting her number ported and has received 10+ calls since morning.

@ViCustomerCare What exactly is going on ? I don't understand ur customer service rep saying is net pack still not activated when I have confirmation ref no & when shared here with rep from Twitter for vodafone they are saying yes it is activated but it unlimited plan is expired which is wrong.

Prefer to recharge with their costly packs to register for UPI.. even if someone wants to port out they need 2 recharge with high value pack to be able to send sms, Customer care says they havent received any orders kindly look into it @PMOIndia @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence
