    @ViCustomerCare been more than 12 hours that calls are getting dropped after 30 sec. Can’t call customer care bcs can’t hear anything after 30 sec. Airtel and Jio SIM working fine in same phone. Resetting n/w settings didn’t work. Could you let me know what could be the issue?

    Very bad service by #Vi i called 5-6 times for slow internet speed , call drops , and when someone calls me they can't hear my voice Also I'm enabled VoLte still I'm facing this problem Pls help out ASAP @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare struggling to contact any agent over phone. Phone and internet service down for last 2 days. IVR has even hidden talk to customer sevice option! Appalling service

    Only the payment issue was resolved by Mala from Nodal office but breach of privacy complaint is still pending. Real horrible experience @ViCustomerCare
