My father has 2 sim and his Vi sim doesn't have outgoing call and when I contacted the vi support I was said that since I wasn't making any calls from them the outgoing call has been barred due to inactivity.

Imagine if someone is in critical condition. Even after submitting adhar details you are still stopping services of customer. Will meet in consumer court
