Calistus (@Calistus255) reported@ViCustomerCare Your coverage map does not show 5g signal in Vasai, kindly clarify which part of Vasai has 5g available. Used to get good 4g+ signal before but now internet speeds are low and signal strength is more than 100dbm. Used to get 70 to 80 mbps speeds on 4g + now just 5 to 7mbps.

VI is providing the worst experience ever than other service providers. Now they will file a complaint and will resolve within 5 days, but no one gets to know what will happen in 5 days.
