    Apps should start sending OTPs on whatsapp now on. SMS services sucks badly !! @ViCustomerCare have replaced new SIM still facing issues with SMS services!!!

    Update 1: They resolved the issue but when i asked who activated service and when it was activated. Their team is asking for mobile number to contact and not sharing reason in DM or email. @ViCustomerCare can i know the reason for asking number and not sharing in DM or EMail?

    @ViCustomerCare Sir i was porting from vi to jio and i got a call that i need to stay in vi and said that you will give coltune freer for 3 months, if you do any recharge above 100 yet my call tune has not come, hey vi people crap hey 😡😡😡😡😡😞

    @ViCustomerCare I messaged your team 3 times on twitter. Got response once that u will take care of the issue and u will call me. Has been a week and I'm still waiting for that call. No wonder your customers are leaving you.
