    @ViCustomerCare While I enjoyed the services in kolkata, here in my hometown its not very satisfying. The network keep fluctuating, resulting in poor internet and call experience. Can you guys improve the function here as well. Thanks 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @TRAI_OHD No vi service available since the afternoon of 15th September at my pin adress 785621, Dist HQ. Golaghat, Assam. No one is there to respond properly on the vi telecom service providers. Kindly look into the issue urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm using idea since 10 years.. But since last year I was not happy with the data speed... Very worst.. Calls quality is also very poor.. I have given complaints so many times .. Most of the calls saying it is comming please check the number you have diled.

    @narendramodi @ViCustomerCare To VI, Why have you discontinued your service at silonijan of Karbi Anglong Assam without any information??? This has created huge problem for us. You have a mammoth number of subscribers here because only a few telecom companies operates service here.

    @Pranjal785614 @ViCustomerCare @PatelLeena31 Feeling as if we have to migrate to other available network from vi at Golaghat. vi have been hiring other towers, now in not a good position to pay them probably and going down without notification.

    @ViCustomerCare I have raised a complain regarding poor network since 5 to 6 days but no any response or resolution. I think to scrap VI postpaid connection. Very poor response. How to survive without network for this long time. Unsatisfied totally with VI.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare my number is getting charged for random "services" which I never signed up for. First one was 25Aug2021 for Rs 25 second was today for Rs 100. Reverse the charge and make sure it does not repeat.
