    @ViCustomerCare hard time to reach customer support and hard time with network and data speed. Can anyone help?

    @ViCustomerCare 1st, your network keeps fluctuating & I cannot raise issue so often and get it resolved. Please work on it. 2nd, I was told to have some relaxation on the last bill and basis that I paid. Then why it's saying that bill of 200 is still pending. Please check & fix.

    @ViCustomerCare I wasn't aware that when a new SIM is received be it for the same number, the SMS services doesn't work for 24 hours. Any specific reason for that? Considering all banking and every transaction need OTP this seems to be a challenge for 24 hours.

    @ViCustomerCare While I enjoyed the services in kolkata, here in my hometown its not very satisfying. The network keep fluctuating, resulting in poor internet and call experience. Can you guys improve the function here as well. Thanks 🙏

    Vi wants us to pay Rs128 just to send a SMS. Seriously VI nowadays has just become a money machine. Even service is deteriorated. It's high time to port to other network. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Worst_network_vodafone I suggest to all my friend don't use vodafone due to its poor network quality which is irritating everytime shows like network unstable always 😡 I have no option left instead porting vodafone sim into airtel

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, why do I face same problems again and again?? It's all fine as long as I'm outside the house but as I step inside, there's no 4G coverage. Network automatically jumps to EDGE. And if it starts raining, signal will be toooooooooooo weak #VodafoneIdea #ViIndia

    Pls don't take any postpaid or prepaid plan of Vi (Vodafone). Pathetic service. Sirf naam badalne se kundli nahi badal jaati. Worst part is Customer service. Fraud and Cheating is now everywhere. @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare
