Please work on it. 2nd, I was told to have some relaxation on the last bill and basis that I paid. Then why it's saying that bill of 200 is still pending. Please check & fix.

Any specific reason for that? Considering all banking and every transaction need OTP this seems to be a challenge for 24 hours.

The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible. When doing business in south India, atleast have customer care agents who can understand English or our regional language.

We have zero coverage and no 4G unless we stand outside under the open sky. We need a permanent solution fast.
