Any specific reason for that? Considering all banking and every transaction need OTP this seems to be a challenge for 24 hours.

Please work on it. 2nd, I was told to have some relaxation on the last bill and basis that I paid. Then why it's saying that bill of 200 is still pending. Please check & fix.

The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible. Airtel had already provided clearance by 8 o'clock, yet the service was kept off, causing inconvenience to the customer—this is not right.
