@ViCustomerCare While I enjoyed the services in kolkata, here in my hometown its not very satisfying. The network keep fluctuating, resulting in poor internet and call experience. Can you guys improve the function here as well. Thanks 🙏

@ViCustomerCare I wasn't aware that when a new SIM is received be it for the same number, the SMS services doesn't work for 24 hours. Any specific reason for that? Considering all banking and every transaction need OTP this seems to be a challenge for 24 hours.

@ViCustomerCare 1st, your network keeps fluctuating & I cannot raise issue so often and get it resolved. Please work on it. 2nd, I was told to have some relaxation on the last bill and basis that I paid. Then why it's saying that bill of 200 is still pending. Please check & fix.
