@ViCustomerCare While I enjoyed the services in kolkata, here in my hometown its not very satisfying. The network keep fluctuating, resulting in poor internet and call experience. Can you guys improve the function here as well. Thanks 🙏

What a pathetic and ****** strategy by @ViCustomerCare and @airtelindia . These looters created minimum plan for sending sms to avoid port users. Just recharge 129 to send sms. Wtf bro. @reliancejio they are stopping your users.

I have paid them advance bill for all outstanding before porting out and got the call and message from them as showing as outstanding payment. I have informed them several times that i have already paid.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Later I again received bill. I wrote to them that I am not going to pay any more on both counts that 1. I had requested to close the service; 1. I had not used the device. I continued to receive bills for few months with late charges added.

As per our records, on your number incoming and outgoing services are barred, due to which you are unable to use the services. Request you to do the best recharge of Rs.249/ -
