    @ViCustomerCare While I enjoyed the services in kolkata, here in my hometown its not very satisfying. The network keep fluctuating, resulting in poor internet and call experience. Can you guys improve the function here as well. Thanks ๐Ÿ™

    @ViCustomerCare I wasn't aware that when a new SIM is received be it for the same number, the SMS services doesn't work for 24 hours. Any specific reason for that? Considering all banking and every transaction need OTP this seems to be a challenge for 24 hours.

    @ViCustomerCare 1st, your network keeps fluctuating & I cannot raise issue so often and get it resolved. Please work on it. 2nd, I was told to have some relaxation on the last bill and basis that I paid. Then why it's saying that bill of 200 is still pending. Please check & fix.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare Your Vi store executive imposed and convinced me to convert my 16-year-old mobile number from prepaid to postpaid. Within just one month, the number was permanently deactivated. This wasnโ€™t just any number it belonged to my late father, and I had kept it active as a cherished memory. Your executives are literally scammers who unnecessarily force postpaid connections on customers. I expect a proper explanation and an immediate investigation into how a 16-year-old number could be permanently deactivated so quickly?? And help me to get it back asap.

    ๐Ÿคฌ @ViCustomerCare Fix your damn 5G network. Y'all keep hiking recharge prices every other month, don't even offer free data like others, and the network is absolute garbage. At this point, switching to another provider feels like the only option. ๐Ÿคก

    @ViCustomerCare worst ever service experienced in Kandivali east Thakur village store in Mumbai. No proper resolution of complaints. if we have to call ur customer care no then what is d use of opening customer care center offline. please do close this centers. y wasting money?
