    @ViCustomerCare While I enjoyed the services in kolkata, here in my hometown its not very satisfying. The network keep fluctuating, resulting in poor internet and call experience. Can you guys improve the function here as well. Thanks 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone is pathetic and completely immune to customer services and complaints. You are cheating and fleecing customers by Wrong and excessive charges and inspite of complaining n number of times you shamelessly do reminder call for payment and bar services.

    Very shame @ViCustomerCare as you had forced me to change from Vi to another operators. I message you didn't respond and now your customer care saying money can't be refunded as it passed 24 hr. @ViCustomerCare
