@ViCustomerCare While I enjoyed the services in kolkata, here in my hometown its not very satisfying. The network keep fluctuating, resulting in poor internet and call experience. Can you guys improve the function here as well. Thanks 🙏

@ViCustomerCare 1st, your network keeps fluctuating & I cannot raise issue so often and get it resolved. Please work on it. 2nd, I was told to have some relaxation on the last bill and basis that I paid. Then why it's saying that bill of 200 is still pending. Please check & fix.

@ViCustomerCare How could you guys deduct money from someone's balance without his/her permission? Is VI recovering it's losses this way? Everytime you steal money and after that we call your customer care to get that money back. It happened with me forth time today. Goons in disguise

One of his @ViCustomerCare sim has been closed by my friend Subhash Sharma. (Due to burn out of mobile sort circuit) No service point is offering SIM to get SIM of the same number. They are telling that this is a premium sim & it will be available in Boring Road Patna Reg. Office

@ViCustomerCare @WhoSunilGrover @ZEE5Premium Hi! I understand your concern. VoWiFi service is currently offered on select handsets in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Maharashtra and Gujarat. We will be expanding the service shortly across India - Laxmikant SAME REPLY FOR MORE THAN 1 1/2 years. Nothing. No Esim, 4g indoor coverage.
