@ViCustomerCare While I enjoyed the services in kolkata, here in my hometown its not very satisfying. The network keep fluctuating, resulting in poor internet and call experience. Can you guys improve the function here as well. Thanks 🙏

@ViCustomerCare 1st, your network keeps fluctuating & I cannot raise issue so often and get it resolved. Please work on it. 2nd, I was told to have some relaxation on the last bill and basis that I paid. Then why it's saying that bill of 200 is still pending. Please check & fix.

@ViCustomerCare I wasn't aware that when a new SIM is received be it for the same number, the SMS services doesn't work for 24 hours. Any specific reason for that? Considering all banking and every transaction need OTP this seems to be a challenge for 24 hours.

@ViCustomerCare There is a lot of trouble in using vodafone sim, the voice is heard back to itself, if you call 10 times continuously, then you can talk.

@ViCustomerCare When I call on vodafone number, then my voice is heard back to me, I have told you before but the problem has not been resolved, there has been a lot of problem, we will see another customer if you do not solve it

@ViCustomerCare how this illiterate assistant discount the call without providing the solution. How shameful behaviour they do. It would be my last call to VI i have tried many k time to PORT but VI came and beg again & again. There was an issue with sending massage but no help.

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I want PORT immediately, Bcoz i don't have network even a single tower is not in my region, raised complaint,they said we are upgrading. If there is no network how u can expect customer will wait for 90days lock in period. @jagograhakjago #Justice

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Got old sim replaced today with a new one.After 6 hours,there’s sill no network.Called customer care 5 times, no resolution,have been told to go to the Vi store on Monday. 3 hour thing turns to more than 40 hours for a paid service. Disappointed!!
