    @ViCustomerCare hard time to reach customer support and hard time with network and data speed. Can anyone help?

    @ViCustomerCare 1st, your network keeps fluctuating & I cannot raise issue so often and get it resolved. Please work on it. 2nd, I was told to have some relaxation on the last bill and basis that I paid. Then why it's saying that bill of 200 is still pending. Please check & fix.

    @ViCustomerCare While I enjoyed the services in kolkata, here in my hometown its not very satisfying. The network keep fluctuating, resulting in poor internet and call experience. Can you guys improve the function here as well. Thanks 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Vodafone has stoped sending and receiving sms on my number. After complaint also they are not resuming sms services.

    Yet another fantastic stroke by @ViCustomerCare I did not know that E-sim activation takes 40 days. 06/02/2021 was the request date done by my company's director who is (was) a loyal customer only since 14 years. So no big deal, right?

    @ViCustomerCare there is no improvement in your coverage. After almost more than 100 days still i am getting too much trouble in even simple talk in these days. There is no merit in being with vi even spending money. Porting all my 4 vi connection

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI happy to inform you as usual there is no change in your pathetic service. Called your CS even they are unable to understand what I want to say due to network issue. I will be porting my number to other service provider. Hope you like loosing your customer
