@ViCustomerCare While I enjoyed the services in kolkata, here in my hometown its not very satisfying. The network keep fluctuating, resulting in poor internet and call experience. Can you guys improve the function here as well. Thanks 🙏

Hello @reliancejio I'm currently user of @ViCustomerCare . Network connectivity of vi is very poor in my area. Looking to port my number in Jio, but vi unethically not allowing me to send port msg. Unlmtd calling plan is active on my number. Please suggest any other way to port.
