@ViCustomerCare 1st, your network keeps fluctuating & I cannot raise issue so often and get it resolved. Please work on it. 2nd, I was told to have some relaxation on the last bill and basis that I paid. Then why it's saying that bill of 200 is still pending. Please check & fix.

@ViCustomerCare While I enjoyed the services in kolkata, here in my hometown its not very satisfying. The network keep fluctuating, resulting in poor internet and call experience. Can you guys improve the function here as well. Thanks 🙏

@ViCustomerCare Got a replacement sim today for 100₹ at byculla vi store in the morning. Since then visited twice and yet the sim is not activated. I tried calling and texting required info mentioned on sim cover but mobile network not available is shown but network is visible.

@aarveeke @dharmeshjsoni @ViCustomerCare Now you'll get fake calls from jio/airtel care saying some issue in porting and tell you to send CANCEL sms to 1900. These will be VI staff. If u send cancel sms then they'll block future port code requests on your number.

@ViCustomerCare @Idea Without my acceptance/intervention I see you are directly activating & charging amount for Caller tune rentals.This is happening many times now & I am in loss of huge amount. Make SURE you ask for customer acceptance before charging. Disappointing service!!
