    @VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

    @ViCustomerCare Every time extra charges are levied on my number in the name of Value Added Service, this time also ₹ 338 has been charged in the name of Value Added Service whereas I did not use any Value Added Service, I have been associated with the company for the last 16yr

    @ViCustomerCare anyone calling me is getting “No doesn’t exist” “No Service”is mentioned on top corner of my phone where signal shows. I pay you around 500 every month on time and this how u treat your customers! Worst!

    @ViCustomerCare problem sending sms from my IDEA sim, visited nearest store a month ago. Again visited today got new sim, provide id proof the got msg you sim change request is denied plz contact nearest VI store with original id proof. Is dis a joke. Plz sort out my isue ASAP
