@ViCustomerCare i recharged for 699 but the benifits are gone around 15 days prior expiry. 9048733663 is my number... 9456476863 alternate number , call back cos 198 doesn't work.

Hey @ViCustomerCare what happened to your network at Nudwa Tea Estate,Dikom(786101), can even make a phone call properly from last one month.Either close your company and give my money back or give proper service.This is not a joke you're talking about 4g where 2g is not working.

@VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

@ViCustomerCare recharged for 56 days validity pack however post recharge got sms stating existing validity as 30 days only! What's wrong with your services!? Bad!

@ViCustomerCare TBH, I've set up a email rule on my inbox. But I complain becos I don't want other ppl's personal info, incl. home address, emailed to me. Please fix this. Removing my email from another a/c isn't a resolution if another num is going to be linked a few days later.

@ViCustomerCare Also, I've noticed that often when I start using my phone as a hotspot, the data network drops to Edge after a while and then mysteriously disappears altogether. You wouldn't be pulling some sneaky stuff and throttling, would you?
