    @VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I am struggling with issue of outgoing sms not being delivered since my last recharge. I have logged complaints with id #MNG-V00911649052 and #MNG-00910326438. It is still not resolved and resolution ETA is after 6 days. Can this be fixed on priority please ?

    Vi network is the worst network in my area - Mauranipur District Jhansi UP pincode- 284204 There is no network available in my mobile from last many days. @ViCustomerCare enough is enough. Now I want to Port my network from Vi Service.
