    @VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

    @ViCustomerCare 17 years ago my dad bought me a Nokia phone with Hutch sim card. Since then Hutch changed to Vodafone to Vodafone Idea. I had my ups and down with first two owners. Since the takeover by Idea, service started deteoriating day by day. 1/1

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India I am getting calls from +912250034904 for credit card, when I called on 198 to complaint they refused to take complaint and asked me to speak telecaller. I complained in past for same caller and after some time they started calling again. Pls look at
