    @VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

    @ViCustomerCare took International roaming pack and my stay is longer then 3 months now. I have done recharge normal top-up but still getting msg as temporary out of service and not getting any messages as well. Please help. Regards
