    @VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

    @ViCustomerCare i recharged for 699 but the benifits are gone around 15 days prior expiry. 9048733663 is my number... 9456476863 alternate number , call back cos 198 doesn't work.

    @ViCustomerCare The @ViCustomerCare didnt call me saying that my call dropping, network related issues have been sorted in last more than a year. It calls me four times a day to remind that I haven't paid Rs two hundred, yes Rs. 200/- and the due date has lapsed. That's their priority.

    @ViCustomerCare if you dont resolve my issue tomorrow on priority basis i will be porting to @reliancejio @JioCare next month i am complaining since 18th august and all you people do is call me everyday say it will take 5 days to resolve issue…is this how you people loot?

    @ViCustomerCare People from Maharashtra not able to connect at our number 9099965787 It is asking to add 0 before the number when user is adding 0 then also it is asking again to add 0. Finally our customer is not able to connect. Please provide the solution asap

    @ViCustomerCare today I bought new Vi sim & m extremely disappointed. All of sudden there's no 4g network. I can't access to internet. Take action. This low grade poor Internet is irksome.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @AdityaBirlaGrp My idea phone not working in USA, I can call but can’t receive any call. Text msg: no incoming no outgoing. Missing imp. Calls,Complain done three days before but no resolution, compelling me to change network.

    @ViCustomerCare Why there is network issue at kandivali patel nagar area. I had placed complaint since long you executive bhas visited 3 time and check the signal strength and all. But still the same issue. Why you can not fix the same and how much more time will you take ?
