    @VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

    @ViCustomerCare I have enabled volte for my number. My phone supports volte. But I don't see the option to enable volte in my settings. Is the sim faulty? Or do you want me to move to a different network?

    @ViCustomerCare I am not expecting any gifts... Just resolve my network issue which i keep reporting since Nov 21 and you keep not solving it... Instead of cheap ads, please improve network coverage and deliver what we pay for you.... Will you return back the money we paid for worst coverage

    @ViCustomerCare stop advertising ur network as India's number 1 network am currently in Himachal Pradesh for a trip with no network for d last 3 days, cant make any online transactions as i am not getting any otp. Hopeless Network @ViCustomerCare. Going to port to @reliancejio

    @kathirgk007 @ViCustomerCare South India, they don't have good indoor coverage or network. They don't have Vowifi, volte. Worst network. தமிழ்நாடு was totally neglected by #vi
