    @VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

    @ViCustomerCare I made a recharge of Rs 149 last day morning and it is still not active. I contacted the customer care, they assured that it will be active in sometime. Nothing has happened till now. Please resolve this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare I want a call back for billing issues. My security deposit is not refunded & why is a bill generated after port out? Even after porting out vodafone is giving a headache. If this is not solved asap, I will port out the remaining 1 number from vodafone as well

    How to reach @ViCustomerCare representative over call when your issue is not mentioned in IVR Menu. Balance is deducted from my account but can't even register a complaint
