    @VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

    @suchithebest @ViCustomerCare So basically we have no idea what’s happening with her data and apps on her mobile. Because all notifications come either on phone or on email. For that matter even google sucks. Their have no helpline for such emergencies.

    @ViCustomerCare Since the time Idea has merged with Vodafone the services suck. Moreover your options to get in touch to raise a simple complaint is pathetic. If I have no signal how do I get in touch with you. I am without Network for one entire day now.

    @suchithebest @ViCustomerCare Nothing helps... she still hasn’t got her new SIM card because of their stupid processes. Their is nothing for emergency.
