@VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Please read the post again. The number is working in underground metro as expected. I said the network was lost when the train reached Science Center Metro and it remained lost even at Mahalaxmi Metro till I came out of Mahalaxmi. Escalate to investigate please.

@ViCustomerCare My phone's 1.5 GB data allowance was completely used up in a single day, even though I didn't use it much because I had no network! I was traveling on a train, so I initially thought it might be due to roaming.
