@ViCustomerCare I have given the explanation many times on mails as well as tweet but executives in Vi don't understand that Mini Store executives misleaded me and cheated me and hence I was charged additional IR charges. The day this service was activated my SIM card was deactivated for 20 days

@ViCustomerCare This store (Nr Kasak, Bharuch Gujarat) staff Ms Sunanda lied that they don’t have sim card. Also misguide me to visit another store. (Tulsidham, Bharuch). When I called Suman Ma’am they suddenly have new sim! Issues resolved.

@ViCustomerCare Can you explain how can a customer whose SIM card is deactivated use the service. In addition Vi does not have the capability to activate a new SIM in International Roaming. All the required proof are given on mails. Before replying kindly read the mails and respective attachment
