    @ViCustomerCare I got a message saying that, "My complaint was resolved" to which I don't agree completely. Internet is working good than earlier but it still switches to E many times, especially in the evening!

    @ViCustomerCare again VI started harassing us like last year,inspite paying bill 470,4 last month,have charged Rs60 extra late fee 4 what?ur network,signal is weak have complained many times but no response.not going to pay late fee,so reverse it or else will change port asp.

    @ViCustomerCare Kindly solve customer's concern on priority. Then establish yourself as fastest and reliable network. My number is inactive from over 35 days now. Still no answer as to why this happened.

    @Vodacom Thank you for replying but seems the India's @ViCustomerCare is not taking necessary actions. They are either not bothered about the customers' issues or they are just snatching money out of customers' pockets. Hence trying to reach global audience if this is how it works.
