@Laxman_X45 @ViCustomerCare App mein recharge screen pe directly FUP mention nahi hota, lekin TnC (Terms and Conditions) mein chhupa hota hai. Official website pe bhi check karo: kuch plans mein 300GB limit ke baad speed 64kbps ho jati hai. Issue ke liye Vi support (198) call karo ya consumer forum mein complain karo.

Vi atlist gives people one month service after recharge ends if my service won't start I'll never recharge in vi & go for the airtel what if im stuck somewhere and i can't even receive a call nd tell them im stuck here @ViCustomerCare
