@ViCustomerCare I recharged with 249 on 20 March 2021, at 9:31PM, and since then I am offline. No internet !! Called the customer care 3 times restarted my phone 10 times, manually selected network, manually set the APN but still issue remains. I don't get one thing, 1/2

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS refer recent call 9:27am today.Spoke with executive Uma/Soma Das for ongoing issue with vi tunes subscription.instead of resolving the issue she disconnected the call. Quite displeased with Vi.
