@ViCustomerCare I've been charged for one of the service when I'm not even requested it, kindly look into it and process my refund. Also I'm facing some network challenges where I'm struggling to get OTPs on my #VI number

@ViCustomerCare my 83 years old mother did a wrong recharge by mistake. We immediately called customer care but Sh Naresh Kumar refused to change plan. We are ready to bear loss of Rs 1000 but won't stick with such arrogant company. Good bye to 10 years of relationship.
