    @ViCustomerCare Hello #vodafoneidea Has any new technology evolved such no miss call registered on phone, Vodafone staff claims they TRIED TO CONTACT ME ON GIVEN NUMBERS BUT COULDN'T. Note This You claim 1 EFFICIENT NETWORK YET NOT RINGING ? 2 NOR MISS CALL IN CALL LOG SHOWN? IS THIS JOKE?

    @ViCustomerCare if the customer is out of network coverage then it is the customer's fault that you are charging for missed call alert also? Airtel and jio give free.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare its been over 60 days since I raised complaint about poor network connectivity at my residence. Despite multiple followups theres been no resolution/improvement. Calls drop constantly & data speed is unusable. Plz look into this urgently and share an update.

    Switched to Vi 4G @ViCustomerCare Here is the insights Network haal bura hi hai idhar - *No Carrier Aggregation* - 2500mhz (rolledout) but has almost 0 coverage - 2100mhz 1800mhz has poor coverage compared to others operators - 900mhz mhz has lower coverage than 1800mhz - Device heating is at peak, itna heat toh sir 5G pr nhi hota Jio ke, 4G pr toh Hota hi nhi hai Speed puri hai but range, Packet loss aur latency ki wajah se fayda nhi
