    @ViCustomerCare Internet speed & network fluctuations ke liye 6 mahine se complain kar raha hu aur sirf resolution date hi mil rahi hai na ke real solution, ur company is so incompetent that it can't fix a simple issue. Will be porting out all our sims to other to companies

    @ViCustomerCare Hi we have problem in net speed or network problem in my area location is shop no 58 anaj mandi mohna I had made complaint three for times but ur technical staff told me problem resolved but problem still exit in that area vi lost many customers my contact no 971146412

    @ViCustomerCare #vi is literally not paying any attention to the complainants of the consumers and not providing any freaking resolution to the users.Yes, they are best in telling robotic replies to the consumers. It has been 4 days and they are not able to resolve a basic issue

    @ViCustomerCare I live in the Govind Nagar in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. I have done a recharge of Rs 239 today but the internet speed is very poor, the signal of the sim is also very low. I have put the sim in the first slot and restarted the phone. Please correct the network.

    @ViCustomerCare @pratik901 I am frustrated because you continuously make excuses and mislead. Your reps don't give proper answers. I am given one deadline after another. Yet it's 10 days and no action. My service is still not restored.
