    Dear @VodafoneIN please sort the problem of my calls getting dropped consistently also my network gets in no service automatically for 2 3 hours and i miss the important calls given by the people. I have already spoke to your customer care employees they are so pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare I know many customers are complaints about your services But the fact is ,In urban areas your network performance is too good But not in rural areas Network problems are increasing Try to solve asap Customer solutions is more important than money

    @ViCustomerCare i made several complaints regarding connection to network and your worst switching between 3g & 4g even on the same pin point position it suddenly switched to 3g… I am using idea since 2010 Don’t know what happen the best network becomes the worst day by day😔😔

    @ViCustomerCare Still no resolution..What lousy service..it’s 48 hours! The tele cust care say all dues are paid and service is showing active/normal. Yet unable to make outgoing calls owing to some systems issue. Is this acceptable? You are giving no way but to port out.. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare has started changing the plans by just informing to the customer through SMS,no emails ,no calls. They are also not seeking approval from customers. I was waiting vodafone to port out but looks like I have to port my number #VodafoneIdea
