Dear @VodafoneIN please sort the problem of my calls getting dropped consistently also my network gets in no service automatically for 2 3 hours and i miss the important calls given by the people. I have already spoke to your customer care employees they are so pathetic

@VodafoneIN is their any changes in postpaid plans..... We have paid last month bill but your customers engineer saying only call free no internet service will given like that can you please help us.

@ViCustomerCare The reason is elaborated by Vi Appellate Officer. If this rule was in practice since 26 June, why no customers were being informed? Forcing many to face issues with services. @consumerforum_ @JagoGrahakJago_ should look into this.

@ViCustomerCare Although my issue have been resolved via some activation of packs, but I urge to Vi that they must look into this new policy change regarding sms services, its really not a nice idea. Also I urge them to inform all their customers via message. @ViCustomerCare

Few days back i prot my @airtelindia number to Vi and now i have the answer why people prefer joi or airtel instead of Vi. Such pathetic service. I cant spend 1gb on day because of poor network. Hate Vi @ViCustomerCare
