Dear @VodafoneIN please sort the problem of my calls getting dropped consistently also my network gets in no service automatically for 2 3 hours and i miss the important calls given by the people. I have already spoke to your customer care employees they are so pathetic

@ViCustomerCare This is by far the most disappointing customer service ever. I called Vi customer care to deactivate VAS services on my number. The customer care executive was firstly rude.

@ViCustomerCare Thanks, but don't call with standard info like 'your DND is active. we are checking the status etc.' I am expecting what is the resolution when closing it. Calling customer without proper information is also considered disturbance which violates DND.

@ViCustomerCare sir i have done 39 recharge then done 10TT recharge then also i can't send message.n after calling customer care they told u have to do 49 or more recharge..then u can send message so what kind of policy it this.u r thinking ur customer a duffer or what....
