Dear @VodafoneIN please sort the problem of my calls getting dropped consistently also my network gets in no service automatically for 2 3 hours and i miss the important calls given by the people. I have already spoke to your customer care employees they are so pathetic

I am looking to get a #esim of #vodafone prepaid but your cust care centre says i can only get it for the postpaid one not for the prepaid sim. I have been a loyal customer for the last 15 yrs for u. Let me if I hv to opt for porting, i will do it. @ViCustomerCare @vodafone

@ViCustomerCare Facing network & call drop issues in Gadge Nagar, Nagpur. Kindly fix it. Other areas Sitabuldi, Ashok Square, Dighori, etc are working well so at initial stage the issue seems to be Gadge Nagar specific. Hoping speedy resolution. Thank you! #Nagpur #VodafoneIdea

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare I'm facing issue with incoming messages. It's been raised 11 days back with vi customer service. Instead they escalate this to their technical team, they are still keep closing my complaints without providing any resolution.

@ViCustomerCare I saw how "good" a resolution I got. Its been a month since I ported my no. aftr very clearly clarifying with Customer Care that I've no more outstanding bill to b paid, yet now I'm being harassed to pay a whole month's bill AND the old VAS amount which was apparently waived off.
