Dear @VodafoneIN please sort the problem of my calls getting dropped consistently also my network gets in no service automatically for 2 3 hours and i miss the important calls given by the people. I have already spoke to your customer care employees they are so pathetic

@ViCustomerCare The customer care executive on call made from 5th sept, 2021 to 6th Sept, 2021 clearly mentioned that my old Sim card will not get deactivated. Post which I activated the 28 days plan (as I wanted to use the service)

@ViCustomerCare do you have plans to introduce Vi WiFi calling in Chennai or are we forced to port the 6 numbers to Airtel? Call quality is the worst and keeps disconnecting, we are using Watsapp call to connect, while airtel users don't have this issue.
