Dear @VodafoneIN please sort the problem of my calls getting dropped consistently also my network gets in no service automatically for 2 3 hours and i miss the important calls given by the people. I have already spoke to your customer care employees they are so pathetic

@ViCustomerCare @MameKhanMusic @Hungama_com Honeslty speaking one of the worst service provider in Kerala. It's been more around 24 hrs my connection got disconnected suddenlty. Went to nearest store they told me there is an issue with sim and replaced it. Till now there is not even a single positive reponse from Vi side.

@ViCustomerCare I dont know when Vi will resolve the issue..? from 25th Nov to till date which is around 7 days there is no clarity from Vi. Till today my balance is getting deducted on incoming calls... @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare @MameKhanMusic @Hungama_com Ordered a new Vi sim , still it is undelivered. It's was advertised that sim will be delivered in 4 hour , but there is no sign of sim.. no response from customer care.. I don't want this type of experience with Vi .
