Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

@ViCustomerCare totally horrible service. Nothing is working for past 2 days. Calls gets disconnected, so called 4G is not working. Customer care doesn’t care to even reply. Vi has gone from bad to worst.
