Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

@ViCustomerCare looks like yall just done care enough. It's time to change my companies phone number to Airtel or some other provider. We are about 50 PPL on ur network who have absolutely zero connectivity. There has been no resolution provided from your end.
