    Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi now you are Requesting us to port our numbers from Vi to Other Operators like (Jio,Airtel) Because Now U have already Suspended The Outgoing SMS Service For Small Recharges Like 39,49,or 69.......Great...!!

    @ViCustomerCare my number was suspended with NO warning. After full day of followup your cust care agent said I need to visit store as document issue. By that time store is closed as Pune has lockdown restrictions so can't visit. Docs were already verified. Still waiting.Pathetic
