    Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

    Can you believe telecom company having network down for more than 3 weeks and still not able to address it? @ViCustomerCare (Vodafone idea) has done it. They have network downtime in Belgium for last 2 weeks.

    @ViCustomerCare Sad to see that 198 as well as 199 numbers are not working. Also tried 9820098200, but no success. My incoming calls are not getting through since 12.30 pm. Kindly help resolving the issue.
