    Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

    @ViCustomerCare Improve your customer service before you do any advertisements. You guys don’t have basic courtesy to respond to request. Services to my number has been suspended for no reason since yesterday and i am following up but not even basic professionalism to acknowledge. #ShameOnYouVI

    @ViCustomerCare sir your internet connection speed in my area pincode-210001 is very poor, very fluctuating. I am on a 4g unlimited pack and your internet connectivity is not up to the mark. I am not able to use your service because of the same. kindly fix it ASAP.
