    Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

    @ViCustomerCare Hi.I am a vi user last 3-4 months..my number 7407646982..It's a West Bengal 4G sim card.Last few days continuously i am trying to telling coustomercare that in my current location (Pin 602105 Roaming) the internet connection is not working. Please cheak it..Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare thank god i have an airtel sim in my phone.. otherwise this vi network will make you handicap ..not able to use net.. no apps are working.. just looting the customers in name of data roll over and binge all the night offers , they are of no use ..speed is ****

    @ViCustomerCare how does it make sense to activate a VAS all by yourself & refusing the refund? & you have the guts to renew it without informing the customer. I don't feel this will help u cover up your losses, instead it can be worse if customer start switching to other network

    Totally frustrated with delayed resolution of Ref. No MNG-V00887226732 by Vodafone Idea. They say there is congestion. Data not working for two weeks now. Such delay is unacceptable. Their response by agents seems like Bots are responding. 😥 @ViCustomerCare @AshwiniVaishnaw
