Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

My complaint is still not resolved, after speaking on 8141018180, i got a silly reason for cancelling no 9820135400 for which i had paid 500rs. Reason it wont work in my area. I reside in Thane Pin Code 401107 and not Timbaktu. @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar

@ViCustomerCare I ordered online sim on 25th April. As you were not able to deliver my sim after 7 days I had to cancel my order. Now it's more than 30days. I am yet to receive my amount back. You guys are shameless

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS mobile tower site MH-12-R-638 is in operation illegally since 2004. Unregistered leave and license for the period of April 2013 to March 2022 has been over. Please look into the issue and do the needful.
