  Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare, I recharged my Vi mobile number through a retailer yesterday, but the recharge was mistakenly done on a jio number instead of my Vi number. Kindly help resolve this issue and credit the recharge to my Vi number or guide me on the next steps. Thank you.
