Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

@ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar I got msg from vi re-verify kyc at nearest vi store then i went to nearest VI store they taken 100/- KYC charge why taking kyc charge? I had another network sim airtel same msg came for re- kyc I'm done in their myairtel all in 10min without visit

@ViCustomerCare I’m being bombarded with at least 5 daily calls for my car’s insurance renewal. Full DND active since 2+ yrs. worst offender is @TATAAIGIndia (funnily I’ve already renewed my policy thru them). What bloody nonsense is this? Receiving calls last 1 month. @TRAI
