    Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

    @ViCustomerCare This is not my first time complaining, I have literally multiple emails where I was asking for help. Tactics of your company is to keep promising dates after dates and customer itself looses motivation to track and get it sorted

    @ViCustomerCare you have interesting strategy of sending people constantly they just come and take some reading and go away and say they have done all they can. I was forced earlier as there is condition of 3 Months before you can port out but now i can and pathetic service

    @ViCustomerCare #badservice other operator’s 2G provides better speed than your 4G and call service is much better.
