    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp @VodafoneGroup Worst terms by VI, i can't send sms untill you do recharge greater than 49, though I have 28 days validity recharge and sufficient talktime to send sms. #loot #VI_the_worst_operator

    @ViCustomerCare Calling experience is very bad in VI sim the audio is poor clarity,are you guys planning to upgrade to HD calls any time soon? where as Jio and Airtel are already providing HD calling features.

    @ViCustomerCare My mom wrongly done a normal recharge of ₹50 instead of selecting the pack of ₹49 recharge. So today I called in customer care to correct that mistake by cancelling the old recharge and correct it to ₹49 recharge but they denied. Please help.
