    @ViCustomerCare I did the DM also yesterday. Tell me if you are not interested to resolve the issue. @ViCustomerCare Outgoing is not working since 3 days, and no action taken by the Vi to resolve the issue. Wow! This was not my older IDEA service provider. @rmstakkar

    @ViCustomerCare at my Number No. Sms coming from any number and even that reacharge information sms and OTP for VI app login also not come and for this problem called to customer care and visit to mini store but they are helpless , they r unable to solve problem,

    @ViCustomerCare dear Vodafone, your customer service is a joke. After raising a complaint about an exec who misbehaved while delivering a sim at my home, you guys again assign me the same exec within 2 hours. Is this how you seriously you take customer feedback/ safety?

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for your response. I am on the unlimited 598 plan so face no difficulty. What about those people who can't recharge for 128? You have cut them off from the most basic mobile service and services such as UPI. So much for CSR.
