    @VodafoneIN If this the quality of service Vodafone provides then no doubt they are losing their credibility in this competitive market especially in telecom sectors. Can I expect any help not just in tag line of #HappytoHelpYou but real help in extending my plan..

    @VodafoneIN Dgusted by service provideed by Vodafone. Simply cheating people. Not refunding or extending package though I have recharged same package twice by mistake yesterday. Similar things happened @JioCare who extended my plan period. I can hope any support or do Port out.

    @ViCustomerCare Nothing use of it ! I have shared all details. But nothing useful. Really frustrated with this network !! Never ever buy VI. Either network is good,non service, both are pathetic. You never understand what kind of problems am facing !!

    I can't send text messages from Vodafone, I have visited @ViCustomerCare centre twice and called customer care several times #vodafoneindia it's been over a month since I complained first. Worst service #Vodafone #service

    I have ported my VI postpaid to VI pre-paid. From Mumbai Circle to Maharashtra Circle. From last 3 days both sims are deactivated. Pathetic service. @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare VI post paid customer care team has cheated me that they told always fake commitment given to activate higher plans. After that if I asked to customer care they people simply telling someone wrongly updated you so sorry.. they people had committed for 250 rs.
