    @ViCustomerCare last month their so called unlimited data pack got over 1 day earlier and they accepted it was technical issue but no compensation provided.

    What a ridiculous way to resolve customer complaints by @airtelindia 1. Customer registers complaint in app 2. Airtel assigns target date 3. Airtel closes complaint on target date. The ridiculous part is “resolution” is missing in this process. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hello! Your complaint dated 23-Sep-2025 05:32:06 PM with reference number C004-178685585885 is registered. We assure resolution by 24-Sep-2025 05:34:50 PM. Data services not working @ Jammu,it worked in roaming in Punjab ,Haryana. It is postpaid solve urgently
