@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I visited your stores for port-in. Your store incharge refused to portin to prepaid connection saying that portin can only be done in postpaid connection. You lost a customer. Thanks to @reliancejio they assisted me n provided prepaid connection.

@ViCustomerCare No mobile signals network in my house since 2 yrs. V use to call outside our house. I made several complaint no remedy. I changed sim, mobile, settings...now planning to change service 😐no option. it is requested send ur technicians/engineer to visit my place.
