    Hi, @ViCustomerCare , You know why i dont use vi as primary t? It's either 0 or 1. Never in between. You got speed but there is trust issues everytime, 0 or 1. 24hrs 0 network, no call, no internet, how poor the backup system is!

    @ViCustomerCare I have been charged 499/ for Netflix subscription even though I am member of REDX plan.There has been no resolution from customer care despite follow ups. You are requested to pls reverse the amount which has been charged without any reason and confirm.
