@ViCustomerCare The actual reason of porting are - 1. My monthly bill increased exponentially from ~120 to ~350. 2. I found your Vi store (416502) are hopeless, as a customer I was helpless. They denied process postpaid to prepaid. 3. Overall service - range and call drop problem is too high.

@ViCustomerCare All you guys do it send texts for rating. I want to port without doing a RC just to send one Damn text message. Charge me rs-1,2,5,10 but why the heck i pay 128 or above to send out a text? And that RC is valid for 24 days. 28 days i understand is 4 weeks. What the heck is 24?

@ViCustomerCare Hey Team, I've registered a complaint regarding n/w issue more than month ago..As confirmed by the field visit engineer optimization is required as near by tower is located less than 500 mts from my residence..Opt is not done as of now.. Please share the procedure
