    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor service from VI won't ever recharge again. No VoLTE in my area, it takes 10 minutes to download 10 20 Kb files. From last 1 month the network is showing Roaming sign which it shouldn't. Everytime when i open any app it doesn't work thanks to your network.😡😡😡

    Reported network issue for my number in VI customer care on Feb 25th afternoon, it is not resolved yet. the response i am getting is network team is working on it. Frustrated as no incoming or outgoing call in 4g. Using 3g for call, which has poor connection. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare i went vi store model town delhi nd my phone was stolen i need to deactivate old sim & want a new sim but a executive named sheetal told me that your document is not proper so we can't issue a prepaid sim to u nd u hve to buy postpaid plan for sme nmber

    @ViCustomerCare Your net is very bad. Even though it is 4G, it gives 2G speed. My phone doesn't give 4G network but send your setting. If you don't give 4G speed, we will change our card. Your net is having a lot of trouble.

    @ViCustomerCare Changing the card does nothing to solve the issue of card information removal. Good that you guys are working on the "remove card" option. But, given that the app saves this info, it should have been included a while ago. Anyways, thanks for the prompt response!

    @ViCustomerCare Stop vodafone 4G services as your network is automatically choosing EDGE network in mobiles. No matters network selection in automatic or manual. Faded up with this EDGE network...

    @ViCustomerCare it has been observed that the mutiple customer call get connected, it looks like war room. Everyone shouting about their issue and only one Vi executive trying figure out what actually happening. Fix the issue immediately. PatheticVi

    @ViCustomerCare Either improve it or Jio provides a better solution in the area and their plans are cheap as well. Just Saying
