    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare No use. You guys are absolutely pathetic, caller tune not changed. Worst customer service and now worst network coverage as well, even if we stalk in the middle of the road call drops, voice not clear , we need to keep walking for network.

    Pathetic service by @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare ..I have done international roaming recharge and i try to connect with customor executive and store also but still my query is not sloved. Due to No network I can't get any otp in USA my all the banking and others work is in due.

    @ViCustomerCare VI app shows my pack will end in 5 to 6 days but i am not getting my daily 1.5gb data and night binge services. my network shows a ! While my signals are full. Vi app shows zero data. Do something i have troobleshoot through vi app and called 198 and 199.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, I call twice at you support number for help as i am unable to send SMS to any of number but didn't received any satisfactary support. And also seems like your support team is very busy because they are trying to drop call asap without giving any resolution.

    @PradeepHardikar I switched from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia and really sad to state that the customer support is equally disappointing at airtel as well. I guess, they are all the same at the core

    @KaranKundnani9 @ViCustomerCare #vi is not worth for money. They don’t have 4g indoor coverage, don’t have vowifi no free MSI & no updates on 5G. Plan accordingly. They say , they don’t have any timeline for providing services.They don’t bother about their customers.They never going to provide any service

    5/5 I think I made a bad decision porting my number from Vi to Airtel. Sorry @ViCustomerCare, I didn't know @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence sucks more.

    @BDUTT @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare very frequent call drops, slow internet and mostly no internet in metro and all basements.

    @ViCustomerCare hello idea..From last 10 hours at our area we are facing terrible network issue with no signals on any of the mobiles.There is no such issues prior to this. No service for idea..can this be checked @VodafoneGroup
