    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service provider.. wondering if they even know anything about what's called as services. Following up with them to degarde my plan to basic.. I am gonna ask @TRAI what should be basic plan any provider should provide. Vi have least plan starts from rs 299/- really?!

    Really Disappointed with VI service I buy VI sim with 350rupees with frc299 may be. It activated after 1 hour but I can only call with that sim. Data is working for a couple of minutes after switch on the phone. Then 4G service not showing and stops working @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I'm vi costumer I have paid my bill on 22 April to your vi center owner 🏪 but now services Is off today no in coming and out going is working and if I call to that your vi centre whome I paid a bill he is not picking up my call what kind of service you are giving to your custo

    @ViCustomerCare #ShameOnYou ,, never get 4g speed on vi sim while on roaming its 2g in todays time (under 20 kbps) called 4 times your team not responding.

    @ViCustomerCare I have raised a complaint(C003-104076578584) for slow network in my area on 24th Apr 2021 to VI customer care. They assured that technical team will call & sort this out. I got call from technical team & they simply ask for location & kind of problem.
