    @ViCustomerCare services for my postpaid are stopped even after paying the amount for which it had stopped. It was supposed to get resumed within 2hrs of payment done still not started. Please help I’m unable to make calls as well.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare . My phone number is freeze since 9th May. I'm trying to recharge my number from the official VI app but it's not working. Even the VI retailer had taken the money but the recharge is unsuccessful. What payment mode do you accept? Bitcoin?

    @ViCustomerCare What we will do with this unlimited data? Your network is getting worst day by day and from last 2 days it is not working at all like slow than 2G . After complaining also same ? Are you going to take action or not @ViCustomerCare ?

    @ViCustomerCare Very pathetic customer service of this operator. Went to change old sim into 4G sim and Vi store converted it to post paid. Now they have put service on hold in the name of verification call and saying that tariff will be charged for the period.

    @TRAI What rubbish is going on in our country? I've active service validity and main account balance in my @ViCustomerCare Vodafone account, but my outgoing sms is barred. And Customer care executives are saying sms service is activated only after minimum 129₹ recharge. ?????

    @ViCustomerCare I got a call from Vi customer care today and the lady assured me of 56 days validity if recharge done from. App post which I proceeded with the recharge from App. Same validity is also mentioned in the screenshot from App, kindly clarify.
