I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare your customer retention agencies are harrassing me. Has VI permitted its call centres to call female customers post 7 pm? I'm getting calls at 9 pm also @TRAI from 10 digit mobile numbers. I have given port out confirmation half a dozen times. Stop the torture.

@ViCustomerCare We are aware these are tough times for VI, and, to keep competition alive, want to support VI. But service is getting to a state where ... 'Fetch bill' after OTP doesn't fetch, after payment confirmation takes 6 minutes! Calls drop, swathes of no data! Pl Amend!

One thing I do not like is dishonesty and scamming. @ViCustomerCare why am I automatically subscribed to random value added services when I have not opted for them. And then I have to explicitly send messages to stop that service? @TRAI. Continued....

Hey Team @ViCustomerCare My VI number has stopped working and has no network since 5 days. when i went to VI store, they are unable to fetch any previous data of my number and not able to help me. Kindly look into it and re-activate my VI number asap.
