    In wagodiya(Baroda) Parul University, The network/Internet is extremely poor. My plan for 4G but the Internet works on (E) 😩😩. @VodafoneIN Please note this

    @VodafoneIN Internet is suspended in Parul university Vadodara Waghodia from many days every Vodafone user is facing much inconvenience hope you guys fix this soon I called the customer care they told that there is a techcal issue it will get fixed within 4 hour.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your response. Atleast someone cares. I have been trying to connect with @JioCare and they haven't even cared to call and find out what's wrong or whats the issue. That's unprofessional. Anyway I will get the porting application submitted by tonight. Thanks @Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Send you details and contact information but receive the usual scripted answer, "we made a note of your concern and our team will get back to you". This is the answer I am receiving from your end from more than 36 hours but no solution.

    @ViCustomerCare Giving it in writing, you wont be able to do anything Abhay. Its been 1 week I am struggling to get this done. Incompetent Customer care, incompetent store. Soon Vi will be a history. @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS

    No response from @ViCustomerCare and I'm without connection for two days now. No wonder you have a poor ARPU and dwindling customer base. I think I'm done with Vodafone after 15+ years of connection with it and will shift to @airtelindia
