    @ViCustomerCare Hi, we had this same problem for which i kept complaining for one month in April. Finally after hundred calls to your customercare we received one call from the technical team and the issue was resolved by them. 7 days later we have the same issue again. This is unacceptable.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Customer service isn't working, complaints cannot be raised through app. How could one get their issues resolved. My number doesn't have any network. I have been trying to get the issue solved but no use.
