    @VodafoneIN Internet is suspended in Parul university Vadodara Waghodia from many days every Vodafone user is facing much inconvenience hope you guys fix this soon I called the customer care they told that there is a techcal issue it will get fixed within 4 hour.

    @ViCustomerCare I am in transit and my network started showing "No Service". Pathetic service, post calling 198 they are mentioned to wait for 6 hours for service to be restored as they have forwarded the query to network team.

    I want to have a recharge for 180 days..few days back, vi app showed an offer of 1.5 gb/data with unlimited calling for 180 days for 859 Rs...but that time I had already recharged...Now I want to recharge that offer...but it's not showing anymore...Can u pls help @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Please update the status of the complaint correctly based on the information you have shared the ticket should be in progress but the app is showing it as closed.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to PORT my number 9643866896 to Airtel. But no one is giving proper response. Reason: Excess charged. Without authorisation. Poor customer service. I am shareholder also. If not resolved will take up in AGM and to trai.

    @ViCustomerCare This repeated delay is extremely frustrating. I've already paid for the service but haven't received the SIM. Please look into this urgently and either deliver my SIM immediately or provide a proper resolution. I can share my order details via DM. #Vi #MNP #CustomerService
