    @VodafoneIN Internet is suspended in Parul university Vadodara Waghodia from many days every Vodafone user is facing much inconvenience hope you guys fix this soon I called the customer care they told that there is a techcal issue it will get fixed within 4 hour.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi prepaid number has suddenly stopped working in Delhi. The SIM is detected by the phone, but there is no network signal and it shows No Service. I have tested the SIM in another phone as well, with the same issue. Please check and assist urgently. 8561031482

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , It's been 2 months since I got a Vi SIM. I've raised the same complaint twice, but nothing has changed. I can't even receive a single OTP or any service/banking message properly because there's hardly any network. But somehow, the bills always arrive on time. And if I don't pay immediately, I get reminder calls. Worst telecom experience I've ever had. #Vi #Telecom #CustomerService

    Failed Company @ViCustomerCare. You activated my port but failed to provide the eSIM for 12+ hours. I use an eSIM-only iPhone, so your delay has left me completely disconnected. Taking a customer’s number and then denying access to the service is a serious failure. Fix this now.
