    @VodafoneIN Internet is suspended in Parul university Vadodara Waghodia from many days every Vodafone user is facing much inconvenience hope you guys fix this soon I called the customer care they told that there is a techcal issue it will get fixed within 4 hour.

    @ViCustomerCare I recently made an MNP to my mobile no. to VI. I received an sms that my sim got activated today morning but i placed my sim and even my VI app shows my data. I tried reinserting sim many times and still sim shows “No service”.

    @ViCustomerCare I have given up. @ViCustomerCare My number was ported into Jio successfully by @JioCare so now I don't have to deal with Vi's nonsense money hungry bullshit anymore. I hope your competitors take away all your business cos vi definitely doesn't give a **** about its customers.

    @ViCustomerCare. Ported from Airtel, 5 connections. Issues in Vi: 1. Misselling - was informed plan includes GST, plan bill will reduce by 300 after 5 months. None of this is true. 2. Useless customer care - wasn't able to onboard family plan unfriendly app. @airtelindia to note

    @ViCustomerCare 3. Some aggressive (sales guy?) Kept shouting like a vegetable vendor when I was on call with customer service, who was not helpful either. It was so irritating. Overall, feels company plans to grow without adequate preparation. @airtelindia coming back to you

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone employees literally harassing via calls, emails and messages. Despite showing all the proofs and conversations with the customer care employees for the problem in discussion. Will take legal action if the harassment and threats continue.
