    There is a lot of problem of mobile network in our village.Internet speed is nominal and there is a lot of problem in talking.All internet provider companies have been complain but the problem has not yet solved . install a tower in my village. @ViCustomerCare @PMOIndia

    Hey @ViCustomerCare don't get me started on how rude your customer care is. 1. Someone must have given a reference number of mine for a theirs and they are not in contact with us. 2. Their bill is outstanding and we have paid ours but we get calls every day annoying us (..1)

    @ViCustomerCare Till now my issue is not resolved how can VI b so irresponsible, You expect me to wait for how many days now already 5days past no Newtork data network NOT working, just one bar E o G shows up

    @ViCustomerCare don't use Vi. Your money will get wasted. Their complain resolution mechanism is poor. No resolution provided, still complain closed without consent.

    @ViCustomerCare This is the last and final warning vi tell your network chapri team to visit my location and resolve my issue or wait for somedays till I port out from vi all my 6 connection. Just waiting for my 90 days to gets over ...

    Finally decided to port to Jio from @VodafoneGroup and now they care about the network issues I’ve been having for the last 3 years. Spoke to a customer care exec who tried to convince me to give them another chance because “ma’am you didn’t port for 3 years” @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare The issue has still not resolved Data connection becomes 0 for 1-2 min and then comes back It happens on continous basis as pattern.I didnt had this issue in my hometown but only in my current location.Please look into it i have DMed my area.

    @GodghatePurnima @ViCustomerCare Same issue in Pune, I don't know if there is anything called Customer care in VI. You take information like signal strength, how many tower building etc, Indoor, outdoor and what not and in return what we get is same pathetic service.

    @ViCustomerCare Network is fluctuating everytime from previous day in indoor i think my nearby tower stop and start. If u r responsible kindly pay attention on this problem. Location:- College Chowk,Ward No.09 Forbesganj,Araria,Bihar Pin=854318
