    @ViCustomerCare I bought postpaid sim online and paid for premium number. Already posted issues regarding activation. After 96 hours of follow up n tweets n store visits it was finally activated last evening. 150GB data as per my purchase is still not credited to my account.

    They she suggested to visit VI store. Thn I asked her where's nearest Vi store. She kept searching for it for ~10 minutes. Bt couldn't find Vi store near me. Thn I asked her how can I get help. She told me just visit any city nearby. And raise complaint on Vi app. @ViCustomerCare
