@TRAI Unable to generate MNP request via SMS as @ViCustomerCare charges an exorbitant amount of Rs. 128 for activation of outgoing SMS. VI Customer care doesn't consider this a legitimate complaint.

Hello @TRAI, i want to file complaint against @ViCustomerCare VI, since i was frustrated with Airtel did MNP to VI now i am middle of the sea, it is worst then airtel, after paying not getting enough internet speed almost 1kbps, pls allow me to do PORT i can't wait till 90 days
