    @ViCustomerCare For name change..we faced lot of issues and struggled lot. worst service done in nungambakkam and TNagar centers.. simply they can close those branch.. not showing interest and not solving customer needs..

    @ViCustomerCare Hi @ViBusinessIndia thanks for response. However issue is with @ASUSIndia asus 5z handset, they are not enabling vowifi services in this handest. Which makes it pathetic in nowadays technologies.

    @ViCustomerCare @ddibyanand now time to port from Vodafone to Airtel.... Vodafone providing helpless service. No one responsible for worst service....

    @ViCustomerCare Shut down 3G network and Improve 4G coverage. Very poor coverage in Maharashtra circle. Shut down 3G network otherwise we are porting out soon. We are more than 50 Vi customers

    @ViCustomerCare, I am afraid to inform that calling customer care 3 times on regular interval of 2 days issue is still pending. Amount got deducted from my number without my consent and on 19th April 2021, customer care said that in next 24 hrs I will receive the deducted amount

    Worst service by VI India @ViCustomerCare . Having a unlimited call pack, cannot call to any number. Even when calling 198, it's of no use. @rmstakkar . Not happy with the service.
