    @TRAI kindly make a law , if company can't deliver the service Refund the money .. @ViCustomerCare is giving me 2G internet on the recharge of 4G pack ..rom last 3months continues.. they register complaint daily but no resolution till now myPACK is up toJAN2022

    @ViCustomerCare @ryu_Hemanth Non sense reply by @ViCustomerCare .. We are asking you, why as a customer we are unable to untick Hindi language it's customers choice to select language. For this you need develop your app rather asking customer to DM his number.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing SMS incoming and outgoing delivery issues since last two weeks. Issues has not been resolved despite raising multiple complaints VI app and chat bot. Team closing tickets without any resolution? Phone - 9881728552. Work is impacted without SMS delivery

    @ViCustomerCare I constantly observe month on month, that if the due date is 20.10.2021 23.59.00 hours, you slow down the usage of data on 20.10.2021 itself. Why? Why? Why? #Vodafone #Mumbai @IndianExpress #poorcustomerservice

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone has hit it's record low.Witnessed complete blackout for more than 3hrs in Kolkata & parts of WB. It's Customer Service is not only ignorant but also tires to portray this as a very normal aberration.Pledge not to use Vi for the rest of my life. 😡 .
