    @ViCustomerCare I went 3 times today to replace my sim but still the issue was not resolved.The guy who was in the store told me that I need to take postpaid connection inorder to get a new sim.I even talked to vi executive and reacharged a validity pack to get my sim activated

    @ViCustomerCare @trai My SIM card was lost before some days, and I have made sim swap request 4-5 times but VI retailers are unable to swap my no. into new sim card, this kind of services are provided by VI, I am very disappointed with the service of VI India.

    @ViCustomerCare Do you think we are Chu***? I did 2 recharges of 699 together, you did 4 gb data for 3 months and 3 months talktime. While there should be 4 GB data and calling for 6 months. ₹ 699 + ₹ 699 = ₹ 1398 . Do you think all the customer like us are Chu***?
