@ViCustomerCare I had raised a complaint for my mobile no. for which the bill was paid and deducted from my bank acc. Yet the app shows bill due and recorded msg starts playing everytime I call. And I got the msg the query would be solved in 48 hrs it's 72hrs and yet no solution

@ViCustomerCare Very pathetic customer service. 3 days past but complain not resolved.Obtained my adhar card for postpaid connection and generated the bill in the other name,and none of your executive concern about that. I think BSNL is giving better service in compare of you.
