  @ViCustomerCare I am using same number last 15 years. But not ready to leasing my word's and pain. Worst service network. Not i am planning to change to AIRTEL which one is good and understand customer problem and ready to support

  @ViCustomerCare Kavita ji, I've complained 50 times in last 6 months. All your company does is call me, take note, promise to improve and then say that you can't improve service any more. So I'm not expecting anything different now either.

  @ViCustomerCare Not a single problem has been resolved this now. You msg that problem will be resolved by 6 PM on 24 aug but nothing happened.Your customer satisfaction is really zero that's why u guys lag really behind jio n airtel. Accept the harsh truth or else stick or your words.
