    @ViCustomerCare to get further help so on 8 Sep i had visted your Nerul VI Store, met Ms. Ruksaar who confirmed this Sim cannot be activated from Store side. i have to write to their seniors they can only take a call on this. First of all i was not aware about the old outstanding

    @ViCustomerCare why my internet speed is super slow and the latency is super high even when I complained about it 11 times, yes that's 11 times still the issue is not solved. And the network gets stuck at 2g. Plz do something don't just register the complaints.thankyou

    @ViCustomerCare Complaint raised are closed without resolution and when I call to appeal, being told that whole system is down so can't do anything ... now say.. whether shifting to Jio or Airtel is best option or not
