    @msufiyankhan @ViCustomerCare @ViZzFans That's why I never trust on Vodafone, as a Idea subscriber now I am also get worried when my !dea number shall get deactivated from V! & now Vodafone is controlling entire services, Idea never done this type of activities but after merged with Vodafone this type of activities

    @ViCustomerCare 6.internet speed is .30 kbps which is not 4g speed 7.signal is always 2 bars. Never seen more than that. 8. It always shows 4G on my Iphone 7 9. Issue started from last week. 10. Don't have the specific time. But if you see I was able to use the Internet previously from my data

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Your emplyee visited my premises and he accepted that network is not working , even his own mobile network is not working he suggested that network booster will be provided but no response after this

    U guys ask d apt tym 2 call & Then y u don't call back at that time. Y? FYI, many of us don't have the luxury to have the mobile with us 24x7 @ work. When they give the time, the fetch the fone and wait 4 the call. Respect d customer's tym & ur commitment @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @VodaIdea_NEWS Pincode 847228, Village-Biraul, disctrict- Madhubani, Bihar, Networks are so poor in this area that people don't want to port in or don't want to buy Vi connections. Signals like 2G, no 4G service and Vi is doing nothing to upgrade the Signal
