    @ViCustomerCare That personnel of yours, also stated that, I need to pay INR 75 for new Vi sim + INR 150 for recharging this new sim. What kind of loot is this ? I have already recharged my Idea sim few days ago ... why do I need to pay for your existing bad efficiency ?

    @ViCustomerCare Nothing to check, we can only see copy paste reply . This is what you guys are doing from the first days. Only dialogues and no fix. Simple

    @ViCustomerCare To (hopefully) resolve this issue, I visited the nearby Vi Store. Your personnel there, told me this ... "As you don't have a Vi sim, if the network bars vanish on your phone, you may loose your number for ever." Now, what can you explain about this threat ?
