    @airtelindia most ridiculous customer service in mobile industry. Pathetic..sabse wahiyat service quality.. horrendous absolutely rubbish..these words are not enough to describe the level of quality you showcase. @ViCustomerCare is so much better ..way above.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I think Daily you are loosing customers through portout,so are trying to create the record of having Zero customers? More than worst network,everytime in Mumbai at evening,if someone calls the number shows out of coverage area,it happens daily in the evening.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS E-SIM is not available for Prepaid customers and it has been quite a time , your large number of customer are migrating due to lack of competence in your organization to other providers. When will it be available?

    @ViCustomerCare I've been charged for one of the service when I'm not even requested it, kindly look into it and process my refund. Also I'm facing some network challenges where I'm struggling to get OTPs on my #VI number
