  @ViCustomerCare I have been trying to port my number but SMS services not working on my number 9988488843. i went to Vi store and filed a complaint online they said issue is resolved but it has not. my reference number C003-112197991836. i have been suffering since 09 Jan.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI It's confirmed from Vi that, minimum recharge condition is not from TRAI. Requesting #TRAI to remove this obligation of minimum recharge to send sms from our number, this will help millions of people. It' shouldn't be in hand of telcom operators, it's a right of ppl.

  @mangalam99 Dear Sir, Just FYI. The pains that your loyal Customer (12+ yrs with 5 nos.) has to go through. 9 days follow up with your @ViCustomerCare for resolution of wrong billing. Leave aside resolution, they have stopped outgoing & have forced me to pay the incorrect amt.
