I want to port my sim from VI to any other network and VI block my sms service so i cant port even my unlimited plan validity is upto 27march with sufficient balance. And i tried to contact customer service so many times but no solution @ViCustomerCare @consumerforum_ @PMOIndia

Dear @ViCustomerCare..on what basis do you activate the caller tune? I never raised a request for caller tune. Had I done so, I wouldn't have chosen such a song.

"Vi" is India's best 2G network @ViCustomerCare Yor service is totally useless in our area. Frst u told me it'll be fine from 4th Oct '21, then it was extended to 11 Oct '21. Tired of this ntwrk. Pls tell me the procss of MNP. @airtelindia wnt to port to airtel. Hlp me out

@ViCustomerCare What's Wrong With Your Data & Calling Services After Your Merger With Idea? Call Drops, Cross Connections, People Hearing Own Voice On Calls, No Network In Towns And While Roaming. Once you were a Pioneer in Data Network and now it's just pathetic. Resolve This!
