    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Not even courteous to resolve their customer issues. Pathetic customer service, pathetic customer care executives. Looks like they are willing to let their customers go instead of resolving their issues which were actually caused from their Vi app 👎🏻

    @ViCustomerCare Pls solve my problem- vi sim not showing volte service in my mobile, where as same handset showing volte in jio sim,bt not showing vi sim. I also updated my vi sim yesterday, bt nt solved prb.

    @ViCustomerCare thanks for saluting me but I have had a most harrowing four hours of your service - and at the end of it, i have no internet on my phone. Other than getting all wrong numbers for customer care and a standard autogenerated reply, is there anyone i can talk to?

    This @ViCustomerCare is total crap and have no ethics. My frnd has raised a port request from Vi as their network and service is pathetic. Today their customer service executive had called to convince to stay on Vi network

    @ViCustomerCare My pack expired today at 12 AM. Will do a data pack recharge soon. But as of now I have to do an important SMS so what would be the minimum recharge that supports SMS service ? Need to do 1-2 sms. Please reply thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare i am unable to call on any brands or banks customer care no. Whenever i call, the call Drops within seconds. No resolution on 198. What should I do. I have to call my bank with my reg. mon no. But I cant. If I get fined, i will sue @ViCustomerCare in court.
