@ViCustomerCare Extremely poor response by @ViCustomerCare.. I was promised to be connected with. No revert received yet. I have wasted my time behind this complaint. Complained thrice on Vi helpline, visited store 6 times, texted the representative every alternate day, but no update.

@ViCustomerCare sorry to say but worst network I had use till, it seems ok with network is not proper but it is not ok when network lost completely and I have to wait for few minutes to come back. Now your advertisement seems like your making us fool. you have to work on it really.

@ViCustomerCare recently i have switched from jio to vi but i think i hv done a mistake.sudden reduction of net speed even sometimes no network at all,specifically after 12 am(unlimited data all night is a joke)worst customer service ever.learn from jio. i'm switching back to jio
