Minimum courtesy should be shown to a loyal customer who lost his/her phone and now can’t activate the number. This is a deplorable state that your customer service is in.

And then issuing new sim, forcing customer to postpaid The active plans will get discontinued. As they need to pay loans, simply doing such theft
