We have zero coverage and no 4G unless we stand outside under the open sky. We need a permanent solution fast.

Svaroop Jesangbhai (@SVASvaroop) reported@ViCustomerCare Zero network in my village Paldi Rathod (PIN 382810). Your system shows perfect coverage for this PIN because neighboring Charada and Bilodra have strong signals. But Paldi Rathod is right between them and has no network at all. Please check the ground reality!
