    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing issue while using internet. Most of the time the speed is below 1 mbps. Sometimes it is not even connecting to the internet. I can see 4 bar of network strength and 4g but still the speed is comparable to 2g. I have active data pack of 4gb/day.

    @ViCustomerCare your service is one of best I'm having since last decade but today Internet is not working, your executive says there in some problem in Pune city and it will take some hours to resolve, could you make it quick so can again switch back to your internet service.

    @ViCustomerCare Ni hoga tumse,I’m just waiting for my 3 month period to get over so that I can port back to @airtelindia ( this too doesn’t work but at least I don’t have to see emergency network for days together ) + when was the last time customer care actually helped us with network issues?

    @ViCustomerCare I checked DM they said we raised complaint and expected response is 8 july 6PM. Till tham my sim will remain off network. It is my primary Sim and you will give response in 4 days means in resolution you will take a month. I need to fix this issue by tomorrow.

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare I called the custom care to know the details of my number and the guy was very rude and did not gave any details and when I asked to transfer the call to the senior he did not and cut the call. VI (VODAFONE-IDEA) ARE GIVING WROST SERVICE.
