    @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

    1/3 I ported my number 9241235759 from Jio to @ViCustomerCare expecting better service. VI later approved a Late Payment Waiver of ₹118. But after port-out to @airtelindia, the same waiver was reversed and added back into final dues.

    Absolutely shameless behaviour and pathetic “International Roaming” @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Visited Mexico for an official visit from 17-23 April. Activated “IR” pack for the same. Did not latch on to any network even once. Had to buy a Saily eSIM to stay connected 1/2

    Vi network completely DEAD in Moti Rafudad, Jamnagar, Gujarat (361170)! Power cut started at 7 AM, tower shut down by 10:15 AM. Just 3 hrs of backup? Power returns at 4 PM. Entire village is suffering. Fix this terrible backup ASAP! @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare recharged with 3495/- on my wife’s vi number 8826314233. But as soon as she landed in Europe (Zurich, Switzerland) this sim is out of service. We have tried manual selection of n/w as well it is switching to auto select and giving error.Need refund. 📞9413717821.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi vi Customer care .My husband ran into a SIM CARD LOCKED ENTER PUK problem and customer care has a chatbot with no human contact .Account more than 5 years old.Please help

    @ViCustomerCare What's the update on this?? Customer service is absolutely pethatic. Neelam advisor, I would love top officials listen the call center quality of work. Poor, 3rd class. Let know otherwise I will port all my numbers.
