    @ViCustomerCare I already fond it .. they mentioned it’s not latched to any network .. why all of thr sudden it’s not working ?.. could you plz resume service ? .. I will surely request to trans to airtel or jio in my next visit ..

    @ViCustomerCare unable to connect with ur support team.Tried both 198 & 199 no response. My balance ₹49 was debited randomly for VAS(Bollywood Videos)which I didn't subscribe. However I unsubscribed the service later, but my money is still not refunded. Pls DM for more details.
