    @ViCustomerCare My no. is 9674490277. There has been a rampant billing here as I have not made any calls or used data against this no. I have also told the customer care representative to transfer my postpaid to prepaid to which he agreed to take request. But still huge bill.

    @DoT_India vi operator doesn't allow us to send text sms on their service validity plan of 49 and 99, they doesn't follow @TRAI new circular regarding sms service which was released in last month. @ViCustomerCare
