    @ViCustomerCare hi my number is 7280021505 is disconnect 2nd time if vi behave like unprofessional then I have to tag telecom ministry simultaneously Jio and Airtel and will show them how VI behave and mentally torture the customer. Next time will tag wll of them

    @ViCustomerCare Guys don't take vi sim its totally unprofessional and fruad company. I have use vi sim there service is too bad. I suggest use jio or airtel far better than vi

    @ViCustomerCare One team leader was taking follow up regarding my complaint and after 6 months call was transferred to him and now he completaly changed his tone to rude and said give us the permission to install tower and ur issue will be resolved. I'm not the authorative person here.

    @ViCustomerCare There was an issue with extend my recharge But it's not happened. The problem is not solve. I got the call from customer care but they are not able to solve it. Can i have communication with the person who can solve my issue. Waiting for your reply Thank You

    @ViCustomerCare You have shared an expired deadline of your own complaint. @vodafone sets a deadline to resolve the issue, then @vodafone can't solve so they come back saying we will solve it yesterday, iconic. There is no way for customer to escalate or reach to a body who can fix the broken VI
