  Last 2 weeks it shows low network connection, poor signals,ground floor, inside home or even if you go out on street to talk. How about other part of India? @ViCustomerCare I complaint on 2nd and am asked to wait till 8th. But even poor network and services is turning worse

  @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband anybody manage the YB handle ? These guys don't seem to 'care' about customer complaints. Its been > than 16 hr and still no information on resolution and pathetic YB app still showing 8 PM 4 Aug resolution time, not allowing to register complaint.

  @ViCustomerCare Threatening litigation / someone's CIBIL, sending a WhatsApp notice without official authorisation letter, asking to visit store / Lok Adalat. All of it is shady at best, illegal at worst. Plus to do it to someone on a 1000₹ postpaid plan clearing all dues in time is ridiculous!

  @ViCustomerCare If this doesn't get rectified in the next 24 hrs, I'm filing a complaint in the consumer forum & porting out to a different provider. I have the WhatsApp chat with the above number & proof of my txns paying all my dues. This is simple & utter harassment.

  @ajeetkibaat @ViCustomerCare Right I have problem last 10 days but no any response from Vi, hum money de ke service use kar rahe hai but Vi ko lagta hai ki vo free me de rahe hai, Ase hi plan khatam ho jayega baad me bolege ke Naya plan Lelo, Jo problem aa raha hai uska kuch discount or plan extend kar do!!
