    Its been 4days and my friend is not able to use the services in Dubai.. Have trying contacting everyone but their is not solution on this.. we asked to pay rs5K and we paid but still services are not activated . @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare can you please help

    Hi @ViCustomerCare Since last 1 month whenever I call someone from Vodafone number, the voice breaks, sometimes there is complete silence from both side. I thought this is a temporary issue but the problem continues for a long time. Please solve the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare I am experiencing worse network issue for last 7 to 8 days. What's going on Voda? Everytime I dial it says FAILED. I reatarted my phone several times, reinserted sim multiple times, same issue. Very disappointed 😭
