    @VodafoneIN there is no call after 15 hours of complaint,from Vodafone for any solution.worst service I have ever used.

    This is what happens when you switch to 4G on @VodafoneIN ,the entire signal disappears as if I was in Antarctica. A small clip from my phone will help you guys. #vodafonesucks

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare @VodafoneGroup VI tower is rarely 200 meters away from my home, still not getting 4G service & Highly poor internet speed. Recently I have done recharge of 3 months, so was not willing to port but now bound to port, VI service is really disappointing.

    @ViCustomerCare I dnt think so, as your team keeps on repeating same statement, from past 5years" sorry for inconvenience, network team is looking into it, work is in progress at nearby site", only god knows where is this site located where people are working since 5years on network tower.

    @ViCustomerCare inspite of reassurances by your customer care your rude so called billing team keep calling. There is no payment pending. How many complaints am I supposed to make

    @ViCustomerCare If this is the issue only with my number I would have logged a ticket with your helpdesk. None of the Vi sims around are getting good speed. VoLTE calls are also affected. My same handset gives blazing speed for an @airtelindia sim so it's not handset problem for sure.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare activating numbers & Kyc without customer consent. I have a message from Vicare regarding an eKYC request for 769753xxxx is received. Why I'm notified abt the above eKYC, is my number a primary/secondary contact. 198 cannot help & 1963 doesn't connect. #vifails

    @ViCustomerCare Received a sms that the network was strengthened in Subhash Nagar, which is not close to our location. So not sure, if this helps.
