  @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service at VI Store New Seemapuri - 110095 I went to the store multiple times to get my father's sim swap done but no response. All bank OTPs and adhar otp is registered on the same number and we're just stuck to use any services.

  @ViCustomerCare I had completed everything to port my number but your customer care told me to type CANCEL followed by my number to 'enable' me the porting which actually undid everything. Such frauds you are misguiding customers. I'll have to repeat that entire porting process.

  @ViCustomerCare From the last 3 days my Vi India (+917053108393) 4G connection is very slow and now this network is functioning as the slowest network..which is hampering my urgent works. And the download speed is very slow I can't download my files. what I have to do?
