@ViCustomerCare I live in Mumbai and I have been facing internet and calling issues for more than 3 years. When I call in customer care their seniors, team leaders including managers talk arrogantly. I raised complaint here on twitter and I got the call back from this team and shouted at me.

@ViCustomerCare Guys don't take vi sim its totally unprofessional and fruad company. I have use vi sim there service is too bad. I suggest use jio or airtel far better than vi.

@ViCustomerCare I tried raising my issue and seek gor solution here on twitter but the experience here was even worse. Everytime I kept getting calls and was being shouted by your executives. They would fo it everytime and disconnect the call. Harassment calls.
