    @ViCustomerCare the SIM only delivers 3G or 4G speeds. My request to Vi is this: if you offer a 5G plan, ensure the service quality matches the capability so that customers don't have to constantly toggle 'Flight Mode' to get a connection. I believe that if a customer is loyal to the company,

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial network site of Vi situated at AT- KHAJURIAKATA, PO- BALIMI,BLOCK-HINDOL,DIST-DHENKANAL, ODISHA, PIN-759020 is down since 2 days. Kindly get it recovered soon. Or else we have to port out from VI. Both 4g and 2g is down here. Mob- 7992848608

    Finally I want to say THANK YOU @ViCustomerCare After 2years network issue resolved. Special thanks to Nakib Choudhary, DT Engineer, who personally visited the tower site and spent nearly an hour in my room, carefully checking and fixing the issues.

    @JioCare internet service in Avas Vikas Colony, Sasni Gate, Aligarh, UP is extremely poor. Surprisingly, @ViCustomerCare 4G is delivering much better speed and stability than Jio 5G at the same location. @reliancejio Please look into the network quality in this area.
