    @ViCustomerCare I also got a confirmation call on 10 Aug and was told that my prepaid card would get activated in 2 hours. But look now, it's been 8 days and it's still not been done. I am highly disappointed with your service and would definitely port to some other network

    It was confirmed to me that the sim is activated. When I again went to the store I was told that sim cannot be activated as it was and I need to take postpaid connection. Now if you provide this type of service do you think prople would want to use your network? @ViCustomerCare

    Very bad experience in the store. The salesman are very unprofessional. I went there to port my sim to prepaid and they forced me to pay the FRC recharge instant. Where there is no rule that I have to pay the recharge amount there. Can't we recharge on our own? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I went 3 times today to replace my sim but still the issue was not resolved.The guy who was in the store told me that I need to take postpaid connection inorder to get a new sim.I even talked to vi executive and reacharged a validity pack to get my sim activated
