    @VodafoneIN Ur executive confirmed yesterday that there is no timeframe fr improvement of network in our area. So we r left with no option but to port out to some other service provider. Pathetic state of affairs.I.P.Extn Delhi is an area where u hv maxm clients &this response!

    @VodafoneIN network coverage is very poor in my area. Sector 10 block-A, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. No call connects, we have to come outside to call somebody or receive any call...pathetic, frustrating.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare been trying to migrate from postpaid to prepaid for the second time now but the customer service like ur Internet is slow to non-existent. The store representative told me it takes 30min-12hrs and for the second time, both waiting times are over. Do something.

    @ViCustomerCare what's wrong with yr services? Since evening I'm trying to reach yr tech team who would understand my problem but surprisingly everytime my call lands to someone who cannot speak or understand proper English, just now spoke to someone who could only speak Tamil.
