@ViCustomerCare worst experience with this company, there is no complaint number working. No one is there to solve problems facing in VI . I RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY VI SIM. I also going to port my number to @reliancejio . At least they are providing 24 X 7 service person.

hey @ViCustomerCare , I requested for SIM exchange yesterday and was given new SIM by Vi mini store , which was claimed to be activated within 2 hours. but sadly the SIM is still not activated after 24 hours and the store is closed today due to sunday. Please help.

Has @ViCustomerCare shut down? Or they just died? Never ever this service provider give atleast basic service. It says No Service and it’s been over an hour now. Wonder what would we do if there is no Wifi and only this provider? Why do we pay bills then? Time to port the number!
