    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare Lost network again like every other day in 415614 location. Pathetic service as usual by VI again and again.

    So @ViCustomerCare doubled my plan charges by just sending me an SMS and without taking informed consent. Each call still takes minimum 3 tries to connect. Now bills are all double/triple of what they used to be. And CC just doesn't want to help. Terrible state of affairs.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare We at Madikeri 571201 are not getting network for 3 days We cannot access data and calls also We and our fellow vi users r facing the same problem Kindly address the issue asap We don't deserve such worst Service😢

    @ViCustomerCare If everything looks good here than why i not get speed internet?Is this Ur 4g fastest internet speed i already registered complaint for this and it's more than 48 hours and i still not get any solution i try all ur recommend settings but still i not get any speed @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare This is canned response. There are no other details in the service request, status is in progress. Calls to jio are still not going through, please check this asap. This is going on for far too many days now... If not resolved I will directly complain to TRAI..
