    @ViCustomerCare ordered the sim online and even paid for the number of my choice and I'm waiting for 2 days . There is no update on the tracking system. It shows an appointment scheduled. While my local customer service said you have to cancel it.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi SIM suddenly stopped working yesterday. My bank account is linked to this number, so I’m unable to do any online transactions. I’ve even tried the SIM in another phone—still no signal. Why does this keep happening? Please resolve ASAP. #worst

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Paid ₹398 for online port to Vi 2 days ago. No SIM delivered, no update. Now they say visit the store. Terrible experience. Jio would’ve completed KYC the same day. 9457757780

    @ViCustomerCare I was supposed to get a resolution today, after chats discussing my issue with various customer care execs the last 4 days. Looks like you are not bothered about customers, and insist on wrongly billing them and not resolving the issue!!
