  @ViCustomerCare What exactly is happening? The entire Vi network in Raisen, MP has been down since 5 PM. No calls, no internet, and not even a single update. People depend on your network for work, banking, and emergencies. This is completely unacceptable. Fix it immediately.

  @ViCustomerCare Just cancel my family plan once; I will never get a Vodafone SIM again in my life. It was a mistake on my part to become a Vodafone user.

  @ViCustomerCare I’ve been facing a very unpleasant experience regarding a new sim connection which is not delivered since days. Customer care is really unprofessional and they can’t communicate in English, instead disconnecting my call several times without providing solution.
