  @ViCustomerCare worst network in my area . Call is interrupted , no Internet is accessible at all . Raised complaint but no resolution . Been using vodafone since a long time but needs a change now I guess !

  @ViCustomerCare Very disappoint with Vi,I am Vi postpaid user since 6-7 years.(1) I am unable to make calls because my calls are getting drop;only few times it's possible.However,the bill is still being stick my head as per the plan I purchased. No proper customer support (2)...

  @TRAI @ViCustomerCare My VI number is 9576827235 and I have recharge 479 plan on 3rd May 2022 but I have not access net from 19 may. I have also a complain on VI customer care on 20 may. It's been four days. This is VI service Today's time. It's harassment.

  @ViCustomerCare it's really worst after paying full payment. Customer care executive Kiran at Kharghar branch ask waiting for 25 minutes. Don't know why. Payments updates provided realtime. vi please look into this.
