    Very disappointed with @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia . My wife’s SIM was suddenly deactivated without prior notice, causing major inconvenience. Customer care was unable to provide a clear reason. Request immediate resolution

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, under what @TRAI regulation did you deactivate an active, recharged SIM? No warning, no SMS, just total service cutoff. This is a violation of consumer guidelines. I need my number restored immediately. #TRAI #ConsumerCourt #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Paid ₹398 for online port to Vi 2 days ago. No SIM delivered, no update. Now they say visit the store. Terrible experience. Jio would’ve completed KYC the same day. 9457757780

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged with the ₹209 plan which clearly promised “Unlimited Caller Tunes for 28 days,” but I can’t activate any caller tune at all.Why advertise a service and charge for it if it doesn’t work? This feels like a scam. Either fix this immediately or explain.
