  @ViCustomerCare FINAL WARNING:This level of service is absolutely unacceptable! My internet has been painfully slow for over a month despite repeated complaints.For the past week,even calling has been a problem. I complained again 5 days ago and was promised a fix within 4 days.

  @ViCustomerCare I am desperate to change my network other than Airtel Jio the only option is Vi but these guys do not have network no proper 5G network. This is a big opportunity @ViCustomerCare just improve network and millions of customers will fly towards you

  @ViCustomerCare Clearly you don’t understand. Do you mind removing charges from my bill then? Why am i paying Vi? Not having a timeline means there’s no clear action or a way to resolve the issue in the near future. Do you expect me to stick with the network? Swap places and then imagine.

  @ViCustomerCare I’d like to draw attention to the Bihta area in Patna district, where NIT Patna’s Bihta campus is located. With 4,000+ students, it’s disappointing that none of the major telecom operators provide proper 5G connectivity here. Airtel, Jio, everything sucks.
