@ViCustomerCare , i have an issueSINCE 15th dec 2021 & i keep reaching customer care but their mind set is to close the ticket.. I have a case #KEL-V00768619301, asked to keep the ticket in open state until it's fixed. but this has closed without knowledge.

@ViCustomerCare your customer care service is useless, although complaint on 31st December that you barred my services, still not activated. #vodafoneidea would #recommend people to #avoid service as they can bar services anytime without notice.

On what ground this ****** company @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup says that customer should continue with them when in 5 days they can't resolve the issue.... My sim card is not working.... Their customer executive knows nothing.. No resolution
