    @ViCustomerCare Since you have still not addressed the internet speed issues for the past 3 years now despite having been a post paid customer since 2010 I am finally porting out of your carrier network to a rival provider. Loyalty counts for nothing in your case I guess. Goodbye

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago very much trouble on data part. we recharge for yearly or monthly and you just make us fool by weak signals. In this way you are making profit but loosing customers. Anyway, can we have proper data connection in decent way. Your service ....

    @ViCustomerCare Your agent calls me in connection with my complaint but has no idea what my complaint was about. She doesn't have my complaint number nor is she cognizant of the problem. Apparently she doesn't know what a Repair Guarantee Pack is and I ought to explain it to her.

    @ViCustomerCare My wife is stranded in the middle of nowhere while on IRoaming bcs Vi disconnected service suddenly just because she needed to pay another 6k after paying similar amount a week before 2 her postpaid. why don't you ask us to get prepaid instead of making out life miserable. @TRAI

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare I was in a similar situation recently, i got close to 12 calls in a period of 2 days even after providing the explanation that i am leaving Vodafone after 10 years due to very poor network coverage and very bad customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare International roaming is pathetic with vodafone. They will just disconnects the service WITH OUT ANY NOTICE. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY CALL, CANNOT!! Then they ask you to pay some amount they feel like. Just like prepaid connection. Can't even port while overseas #TRAPPED
