    Hey there since past one month I having been facing continuous network changes from 3g to 2g. Being a 4g subscriber I am not able to enjoy the benefits which I had payed for. Customer Care doesn't respond,don't talk about your app it also doesn't,help me out soon @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN My 13 year old vodafone number got deactivated on 10.02.2020. Now for the last 10 days I have been contacting your store and customer care. None have been able to explain why my number got deactivated nor have they been able to activate it. Total inefficiency.

    @ViCustomerCare Never buy any service from VI. They have always charge wrong amount added in their invoice. This time the charged Rs 2542 without any confirmation to me. VI is a froud company. Don't take VI services.

    @Nixachar @VodafoneIN That’s becoz of their poor infrastructure and the inability to upgrade while Airtel has ceased this opportunity to gather a larger customer base through their service. Set aside JIO that’s not a network provider but a “chit fund”.

    @ViCustomerCare They can gv the award for the worst possible network to VI if TRAI decides to gv one. Your network is multifaceted.. Call drops, network busy beeps, almost 0 internet download speed r some of your talents. @TRAI @assamtribuneoff
