@ViCustomerCare in today's scenario where every mobile service providers offering free caller tunes with unlimited songs change... i don't know why Vi is charging hefty amount for caller tunes. its really a big demotivating move by the provider

@ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago Having a prepaid MSISDN number for Assam circle. From 13th April facing outgoing call issue to all JIO numbers lodged a complaint for same but no resolution till date. Such worst is customer experience #vodafoneidea

@ViCustomerCare Your agent calls me in connection with my complaint but has no idea what my complaint was about. She doesn't have my complaint number nor is she cognizant of the problem. Apparently she doesn't know what a Repair Guarantee Pack is and I ought to explain it to her.

@GargMansei @ViCustomerCare What the FU*K!!! I was also harrassed by Vodafone. Their services are so poor, network are so poor. When I was using Vodafone service I also went Vodafone store many time's.They guyzz always told me we have IT issue. I don't know what kind of IT services they are using.
