Does @VodafoneIN mini store can't provide the call details statement to their user when it's urgent. When called to cstmer care they tld the prblm would be solved by mini store but visiting there the rude employees totally denied any service of call details.Very disappointed!

@Airtel_Presence I just called @VodafoneIN at 198 and they informed that the porting process was cancelled and reason for cancellation is 'signal'. I did not get it. Dear @TRAI please do something otherwise these operators harrassed us🙄

@VodafoneIN What response do you need your customer care doesn't takes my complain saying we can't take complain because there's network congestion in your area. It's not my fault that there's network congestion in my area. I am paying whole amount every 3 month for the high speed internet

@ViCustomerCare Voice clarity is too bad . One month back I have taken the @VI sim Saying 4g unlimited network but signals also not good. But when I am using mobile automatically network will disconnect why I don't know.if i check in app it will say signal strength is excellent.
