Does @VodafoneIN mini store can't provide the call details statement to their user when it's urgent. When called to cstmer care they tld the prblm would be solved by mini store but visiting there the rude employees totally denied any service of call details.Very disappointed!

@Airtel_Presence I just called @VodafoneIN at 198 and they informed that the porting process was cancelled and reason for cancellation is 'signal'. I did not get it. Dear @TRAI please do something otherwise these operators harrassed us🙄

Looks like its the end of Vi in mumbai. Its been a week or more I'm facing internet issues and the only response I'm getting from vi is 5G testing cause issues. Who will pay for this? Will they give us any extra day? No. even they stops income calls amd massages. @ViCustomerCare
