@VodafoneIN Here, so many users around my location 27.2038° N, 77.5011° E are using Vodafone. Still, the Service is so pathetic, Most of the time coverage is 3G only, sometimes 2G. ,Escalated many times. kindly arrange to enhance the Service of this area.

And the funny thing is that when I called customer care they told me I have to recharge for special sms pack. For what to use app. I think they don't value their customer at all. So thank you @ViCustomerCare. I might soon change my network.

The worst experience with @ViCustomerCare I have already registered a complaint yesterday But still the issue is not solved Everytime i call the customer care, the executive says "its a technical error and will be solved within a hour" its already 24+hrs and yet not solved.
